Yep, it's a ghey crawler. 
The pinks are unnecessary, try to stack a second black in there if you can. The weapon setup looks like it could be much improved, however, and they look extremely irregular. So it won't move or spin cleanly at all.
Think again. It is VERY damaging. It can beat some effective HSes, such as Copyright Infrigerment and Death Dealer.
