I would like to see anyone argue to me that abortion is ok, but that infanticide is not without coming off as complete hypocrite.
A baby is it's own independent life form. For most of the fetus's life, it is completely dependent upon the mother. Who's to say it is it's own independent life form in the eyes of the law? Besides, there's a whole other plethora of questions surrounding abortion. What if the baby was a result of non-consensual sex? What if the baby was the result of a failed contraceptive? If the baby wasn't supposed to exist in the first place, why should it exist as the result of an accident?
