I almost think Fear and Respect should be removed. It's too hard to keep on top of everybody.

you just aren't trying hard enough ;)

Certainly interesting. So you're saying you would run two tournaments simultaneously?

As far as the rules for Sportsman mode goes, it sounds like you want to make it like the day stock came out... no glitches, no extra components, no DSA. Build a bot as if it was 11 years ago.

I like it. But I agree with 0190910191... HS will dominate. But is that any different than normal? Probably not.

As far as the normal part of the tournament goes, as long as you're gonna ban hax mode (i assume you are), you should ban the pause button too.

Insane. I wish stacks like this would have been prevalent before hax mode was found. I could have made so many cool bots...
No one's stopping you...

But why use advanced stacking when you can just hax mode? The moment we put limitations on what you can do inside the bot lab was the moment stock no longer held its elegance.

Well as far as a critique goes, the community has already found the "ideal" mw popup design (for the most part). Any sort of advice would simply point you in that direction.

In general though, a great improvement over your past bots! you clearly take our advice well. One thing to keep in mind is that the chassis isn't the best thing to protect your wheels with..

It is indeed "my" way, also known as "Advanced Stacking". I can't really see how it would be illegal though, considering how its just pausing and rotating wildly until the snapper axle flies away.

Oh damn i forgot that you found a way to get rid of the axle before you even attached it to the baseplate.

Didn't think it actually had a use hahaha

how the bloody hell did you do that snapper stack? I don't care who you are, you can't just stack an axle into another component like that.

Drive using a sawblade... now that's a technique I haven't seen in a long time.

Nah, DSL is awesome. The amount of work put in is insane. But it's more about combat effectiveness. RA2 is more of an art form for me now, and I can show off my skills better in Stock.

Long story short, Stock is better than anything else.

Is there an inherent difficulty associated with the UHW class that I'm not aware of? (Other than the challenge of putting 5,000kg worth of stuff on a robot.)

Not really, but you wouldn't want to do it in stock.

how do you f'ing EXOSTACK on your first ever bot

I think you are looking at a castor, it's not exostacked XD

The first picture made it look like the RADS were poking slightly out of the front. But still, that RAD stack is insane for a first bot.

Also, the piston bot looks really cool. If you can do a double axle stack + nifty while half asleep, I think you might have one of those glitched games or graphics cards that makes stacking easier, just like venko of days past.

Duck skins aside, it looks alright. I've never been a fan of putting drive on the baseplate like that. Do you realize how much weight it uses compared to putting it all on a snapper?

Really? well then me and you are opposites. I find that baseplate drive helps out it numerous ways. First, the wedges tend to be better because of more pressure from the weight of the robot (I could be wrong here but I think if something is put on a snapper, that weight is on the axle and not the baseplate. That's why Snapper loading, AGOD, and axle loading all happen). Also a bigger baseplate means more health of your robot. Wasted weight is not "wasted" its just not as apparent.

On the rammer/HS it might be cool to have the tribars lower and act sorta like a wedge.
