This has been an amazing tourney, should be proud of yourself Doot! Now as for my robot's scores, keeping in mind most of these bots were built when I was getting used to DSL: AW: Hornhead - 2-2. I'm rather surprised to be honest, Hornhead was a quickly cobbled together idea to replace my old (and very first AW), little guy did better than I thought he would! BW: Bruiser - 1-2. Honestly Bruiser's victory was an easy one...the bot itself has been improved a fair bit so perhaps it'll do better next time! LW: Grunt - 1-2. Grunt's fights were pretty fun from what I remember, built a new version of this but don't know if I made it worse!  Also... Losing to the possible future LW champ, that makes Grunt's run even better for me personally! MW: Crumplezone - 0-2. Ouch this hurt. People reckon I got unlucky here but it wasn't the best bot...might revisit this idea one day. CW: General Orcatraz - 1-2. Lifter was good for getting under but could have been improved. HW: Crocognaws - 0-2. Aaaah the birth of my Gnaws robot family...and it was terrible. Looked okay but wasn't effective! SHW: Monstargh - 0-2. The idea was there but the hammers were too far apart. Think the new one would have fared a lot better. Overall...5-12. Not the best score but hey, it's a decent starting point and I learnt a lot!

I dig the design, while I do think the colour of the beater itself is a tad off, it's still a great looking bot!

Honest opinion: probably the best series/final ever. Felt like a kid again watching it! Nuts pulled off the upset of the series: you could see how shook Team Carbide were, Ellis screwed Ellis over (you should have left them alone DAGNABBIT  ), Rapid going out in a literal blaze of glory and Eruption doing the unthinkable and beating Carbide: both robots had one  of a fight this series but Eruption's path to championship gold was probably the hardest fought for in any series. Can't wait for Series 11! Also...I know these are quite obvious but I couldn't help making comparisons: Eruption - Dantomkia (I compared Apollo to Chaos II before) Carbide - Hypno-Disc Rapid - Mortis (but reliable and likable) Nuts - Stinger (regarded as a joke/mess in it's first outing(s) for both machines, come back with a solid performance. Magnetar - Razer (mainly the reliability issues...could Series 11 be Magnetar's year, just like how it took Razer 4 years to win in Series 5? I'm gonna predict so!

So we're back in the Personal Tournaments section, yaaaaaaay! (Thanks Kill and the other admins who came to this decision!) Just to answer some of the points Kill made though: Orc's Wars and it's events seperate and related to the series will be updated as soon I can as the series goes on (university and personal life permitting, they are more important after all) and will be kept as balanced and fairly judged as possible. Seeing how well Orc's Wars Series 1 was recieved makes me feel I did a good job with it and I hope to carry it on for future series. I do this for fun as I enjoy seeing everyone's creations work in battle and how far they get. I never tried to exclude anyone and with this update today, I hope more GTM people join the New Blood/Orc's Wars series! Speaking of the New Blood: I had to reject Thyrus' entry as it had the burst motors intersecting which takes us back to 16/24 entries! GET YOUR SPOT TODAY! As a reminder, the Orc's Wars series is DSL-IRL as a whole!
