I personally think Venko's inventions should be embraced rather than being sanctioned right away. If you want to beat him, come up with something new or enter a similar robot and fight fire with fire. Seriously, Stock is not going to move anywhere and will stagnate/die if the latest innovations continue to be simply banned up front. There is no Realistic Rule in Stock so there shouldn't be a need to ban certain building styles unless the person responsible is actually cheating (Cheatbot2). Manipulating the game's physics to your advantage is skill, not cheating.

Gonna enter all 4 divisions this time, my team is almost finalised (100% in the HW and SHW class) but I need a new weapon for the revamped Articulator, as the drum keeps flipping my robot due to its weight and I had to go down to Al1, which sux bawlz. Also, I need a new LW. I've made a S5 LDB-esque drum bot called Hate and Intolerance but the body looks too exposed and the piglets are sticking out the front. May make a rammer this time round.

Sorry if this is a bit late, but the picture you've used I think depicts the weapon with covers on the actual blades of the SG's weapon. I don't think the actual blades are that large, and I think they'd probably have a similar visual texture to the rest of the disk across the surface closer the the circumference of the disk.
Just checked it, and found out you were right. The teeth that the 5.0 SG actually used looked like small Typhoon teeth from the DSL3 beta.

Copy the .bmps to your "Custom Textures" folder. Then, load up RA2. Go to the robot which you want to put the custom texture on, head to the Paint menu and import your image.
