If someone is doing this he should ban this "perm on top of the chassis" bots. the spinning weapon always cuts the extender and i dont see how that is realistic

It's the same principle as a ring spinner. With a ring spinner in RA2, the disc has to at least cut through the wheels to make it work, but you would see a ring spinner IRL, just as you would see a motor-on-top spinner IRL. It's only made unrealistic through the game mechanics.

Spinners always have very small wheels inside of the chassis itself. So if you make an IRL spinner it would be something like a cube with a dual perm in the missle & 2 tiny wheels next to it on tiny motors.
You cant afford having NPCs & Hypno wheels on a spinner, Thats a sacrifice youll have to make. You also cant spam 1028273817924618 razors like DSL shell spinners. 1 Beater bar per sheet/2 sheets & Thats it.


Im actually thinking of making a bot like that.

Shouldent we set the rules of IRL building in stone before doing this?  As far as I know IRL building is subjective...
Some people might not care if 1 want is powering a Dual Perm but some other might...


When I asked what IRL building was i was told: "Something that can be made IRL" so I make something really simple (A motor & Pasted a 425 disc on it)
Then I check the splashes of the tournament & See that some other people made more efficient/competent bots with 10 beater bars spinning orso.
At that moment Im feeling like sh** coz I see that I could have made something better & Still be counted as IRL.


Just like with DSL there should be rules that are obvious.
Right now whats happening with IRL Building is that people are building "Less than efficient" bots in the hopes that its bad enough to be IRL.
Youre not building the best IRL bot you can, Youre building the simplest DSL bot you can.

Atleast that how I feel about IRL :P

I pretty much did all the tests already, I only have the milk, Orange juice & Energy Drink left (I forgot to write that one down, Im drinking monster)
Honestly I didnt feel any difference between the drinks, I didnt feel anything in my body besides wanting to drink something else :P

Tests results did very though, Ran 1 sec faster & 200m more on the bike while sprinting sprite for example ;D

Still need the hypothesis though, I have a Dutch exam on Tuesday, We have to learn 250 words & Their meanings, 100 mathaphores/sayings & Some REALLY hard grammar stuff.
I probz wont even finish in 1 day (Only learnt 30 words as of now) so yeah... FML with school :\

Hey guys, I have been doing an experiment for my Biology class lately.


It consists of drinking ONLY one kind of beverage for 3 days & Measure body status (Temp, Pulse, Heartbeat, Etc) and also test performance in certain excersises. (Running speed, Memory, Endurance, Etc)
The experiment goes as follows:

Measure stuff & Test performance in different things BEFORE drinking water
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things AFTER drinking water (For 3 days)
3 Days drinking normally
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things BEFORE drinking sprite
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things AFTER drinking sprite (For 3 days)
3 Days drinking normally
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things BEFORE drinking coffee
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things AFTER drinking coffee (For 3 days)
3 Days drinking normally
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things BEFORE drinking milk
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things AFTER drinking milk (For 3 days)
3 Days drinking normally
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things BEFORE drinking juice
Measure stuff & Test performance in different things AFTER drinking juice (For 3 days)
Make essay
(Hypothesis, Conclusion of what drink does what, What I measured, What I used to measure those things, What I tested, What I used to test those things, Diagrams showing the results, Comparition of the results)

Im going to compare all the drinks to water & Also compare all the BEFORE-AFTER results. But I ran into some trouble: I need a hypothesis.
I tried googling what the effects are of each drink but I couldent find any studies/experiments were I can find this information.
I found 2 things that are kinda close: Effects of coffee & Effects of soft drinks

Anybody knows where to find the rest (& better versions of the ones I found)? I would really appreciate it if you could find any. Ive bee searching for hours now but nothing :SSS

Silver Shredder was my own version of Silverfish, Thats how I would have made the bot if it was 100% mine to build :P
