If i expose the wheels won't that make them more open to damage?
The chassis is more important, add wheel guards if needed. Maybe add a proper wedge to combat other wedges.

The chassis is too big, let the wheels stick out and use a simple box, irons aren't amazing in DSL but if they overlap on the same mount (don't move through each other) it's realistic. 6 ants for this, those extenders on the poker bit maybe able to be made lighter. Why use 3 pistons?

3) Is that a spring loaded beta? If so, its underpowered, needs 25 ants But 5 PCwhatevers are probably too much actually
4) Front spikes aren't much use but they help protect it, he could do with a weapon rack as armour
5) Use multi extenders instead of baseplate anchors (lighter & smaller) Yes
6) Needs more hammers, or atleast a70kg one Or many small weapons
7) Use door hinge wedges instead of skirt hinge ones Yes
8) Don't use ballasts, EVER, if you really need ballast, use ant batts Or weapons

4x^2 + 36x = 63
4x^2 + 36x - 63 = 0
(2x-3) (2x+21) = 0
2x-3 = 0
x = 1.5
(2x+21) = 0
x = -10.5
Since x can't be negative:
x = 1.5
