you might want to put the motor on a skirt hinge, hinges make motors go faster than they normally would (as well as any burst motor)

Use the large control board. Rubbers are bit weak in DSL, I recommend to use Vlads. Also You could use lighter extender work on the wedges.

Internals and Armour?
Basically it's NPC Fasts with Ants stuffed inbetween them, not much different then Bullet Train. The armour is Plastic 5 or Plastic 10, I don't remember.

I don't know, I haven't tested it but Bullet Train works fine inverted.
