The majority of smileys are pretty unnecessary. I really only use in some situations myself, and : is good for the New Arrivals board, but I've also seen trollface and the beer one use sometimes. Aside from that, I can't think of too many that we couldn't do without.

Non-alcoholic drink, good choice.
On an unrelated note (Hennimore), I have found this video which GF93 may be interested in.

Damn useless internet connection. It's slower than Tokyo at rush hour.

It can't be too difficult. Maybe the elevated bit on the back might be problematic, but I think some well-placed flipper segments might work.

By the time I finally get RA2 on my new PC, RoboLeague's gonna be full, isn't it?
Well...even with the three day gap, it's not filling up as quickly as I'd expected. Maybe it takes longer than three days to construct a bot that you think is good enough and get a working AI for it. I might be able to get my third bot in one of the last few places if I'm lucky.

ARGH, I have so many things to prototype for. RoboLeague, Possible MW Battlebots, Pot Luck...though I do have a pretty good concept for that one. =D

Still this.
Yes, I have been listening to the same song for over an hour.

Top right does look superb. Bottom center looks pretty nice as well. I bet they'd look even better with a kickass skin.

The sky is falling
reminds me of:
life`s like a waterfall it`s always going down
sounds more emo than it is :P
To me, life is like a burnt steak. Small, tough, and the chips are always stacked against you. (An invisible cookie goes to the one who gets the reference first)
Mike The Cool Person (Christopher Ryan) in The Young Ones. Said to Rick (Rik Mayall) as he was dangled upside down by Robbie Coltrane of Hagrid fame, outside his bedroom which had been turned into a roller disco. Now give me my <expletive>ing cookie.
*Hands over the cookie* There you are- with extra Apples and Pears
I don't speak Cockney, unfortunately. And now, OM NOM NOM.

The sky is falling Human race that we run Has left me crawling Staring straight at the sun Only a moment I notice Every dog has his day I paid attention Cost me so much today Very relaxing song. It calms me down for some reason.

Do the weapons not cut through the motor belts?
And you really should make it invertible, maybe at the cost of shortening the stance.

Most of my bot names can actually be described as "placeholder" names. As in, I really can't think of anything better. =D

That looks a bit better, I reckon. What's the CF extender for, though?

I normally make up something off the top of my head once I've built the thing. Occasionally I have an idea of what it could be called before I'm finished, but more often than not it's a sort of afterthought.
