Dat keyboard XD

Actually, a lot of PC gamers prefer the old mechanical keyboards over new keyboards.

Don't google image search "gawe".

No. They should. We must find the original.

i made a blog post http://infernaltank.blogspot.com/2014/05/motorama-2014-days-2-and-3.html

Pretty intense damage from Mulcher there, wow. D:

I'm pretty tickled that you guys use the  :gawe: face so much here. Do any of you know the story behind that emoticon?
does it come from rfshq or aceuplink?????

It's from RFSHQ. It's original name was ": gawe :" which was short for "goose awesome", with "awesome" being that stupid :D emote with the eyes rolling back to the upper right or whatever. Goose drew a really, REALLY bad version of it on MSN Messenger one night and I ended up tracing over it to vectorize it and use it as an emoticon. The one used here is the same one I traced over almost a decade ago, haha. Another community member, Fuzzoom, made a terrible version of that emote that saw use as the lesser-remembered ":fawe:" face.

I always wondered what the deal was with the deformed looking emoticon.

Stop using an outdated OS and install windows 7 already.

Kind of a moot point if the hard drive is crapping out.

Granted, but you died, so you can't see the chartreuse walruses.

I wish for the power of time travel.

Granted but you can only travel a few hours ahead or back at a time.

I wish my wife wanted to **** more.

Hey Jonzu, Badnik, and anyone else prone to mid-tournament computer crashes.

Other Tutorials / How to not lose all your files in a crash.
« on: May 05, 2014, 11:10:52 AM »
Here's a tip for all of you that seem to be prone to having your computer crash and lose all your files. This seems to happen a lot, especially to tournament hosts in the middle of tournament.

To me, the solution is very simple. Just drag and drop your game folder or folders, depending on how many mods or AI packs you have, onto a flash drive. Then just install a standalone on any PC you you will use it on. Create shortcuts to each different mod on the flash drive itself to access each individual mod.

I've been using this method for probably 3 years now. It works well. I have 5 different copies of RA2 on a 16 GB flash drive and there's still plenty of room to spare.

Another plus side is that it doesn't matter what PC you are using, you will always have all your RA2 files anywhere you need them as long as you have your flash drive.

Hopefully this will help you guys and now we won't have so many failed tournaments due to computer crashes.

He don't need a tutorial on how to play.

I mean, what's the point of him making a video with a popup that kills all the other crappy bots he had in 5 seconds?
Tbh, Ra2 is a lot more fun when you suck at it.  Once I became decent at building,  I slowly lost interest.
Those videos would have been a lot more boring if he'd just tryharded like everyone who's screaming 'LEARN 2 BUILD NOOB' would.

Pretty much.

So much yes. Any chance you could allow four robots at a time?

According to a glitch found (IDR who found it) The positions for bots 3 and 4 are in nowhere. Changing that would require editing the .gmf i believe. Feel free to correct me.

Seems like I remember this as well.

Wait what? Scrap and Akshay arent entering? Why?

Considering Scrap has entered the same bots since BB6, I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing.

Well. If you want Nayar to die be my guest.

I don't think many would be opposed to that.
