It doesn't look big enough for 1. And there probably wouldn't be enough weight. Very nice build, though. Is it properly invertible?
it would be enough weight, i made something just like this a year ago with one snapper.
I did mean 2 when I typed 1. My brain's not working, it's very late. =]

What's the point?
It's not like the ramplate is largely superior in any way, the weight would be better spent on adding moar weaponry, or attempting to extend those wedges.
Because when the opponent goes up the wedges, the plow'll just block them before they get up it any distance. At the best, the opponent'll just be turned over once, but with a rupter you ideally want to get under them as much as possible to get them as high into the air as you can.

Axle loading: you're doing it wrong
teehee Nah, but it just spins so fast that everything pops out. Which is odd, because it doesn't do that with Rubber wheels at all. But also very good for dealing damage to opponents. =D

No. I'd suggest that, if you want a hammer on the top, then it might as well be a half-decent one. Get a DDT on there and two razors at least.

Just a quick question about the keyboard controls. Home and End move the cursor up and down one pixel respectively, but my keyboard uses Fn+F9 and Fn+F10 as Home and End. I'm just wondering if that would still work with the program. =]

If an opponent gets you around the back, you're probably going to lose a wheel or something, though...I really would consider switching the maces to razors to get a second caster, if you only need to hold off the opponent to get back around to face them with the weaponry.

Ideally, it should have faster drive (Z-Teks), and not be so long and narrow. Razors are ideal for popups as well.
