YAY. NEW MEMBER! First of all, welcome to the forums. If you pay attention and be nice you'll learn allot about building and such. To answer your question, first thing you want to do is download the Stock AI parts. DOWNLOAD HERE read the README.txt to use it. that will unlock all the hidden components, some of which are very useful. If you want other components, download the folder and add it to the components section (which should be C:\Program Files\Infogrames\Robot Arena 2\Components) if there is a readme.txt in the download, read it and it should tell you what to do if you're confused. Hope that helps! And good to see enthusiastic new members!

theres 2 ways to get new weapons.
1- type in cheatbot2 in the name slot and press enter.
2- download the stock AI parts from the downloads section on gametechmods.com.
you dont get anything but trophys for completing seasons.

Crap. I am going to reload DSL again and try and do it right.

Put pretty much everything else in AI folder. NO. overwrite the teams.txt with the one included.

Wedges aren't as much of a necessity on LW's as on the other classes. I think Silent Death is one case where you would be much better off with no wedge. Instead, use the weight for front armor so you can take on HS's better. Even just a few frontal ramming spikes would work wonders for both stability and defense.
And how did you arrange the extenders on the spinners so they're perfectly balanced? I can't figure it out...
Tiny Trinity looks great. No suggestions for that one. Are there any LW's it can't beat? #1- good idea. the wedge sucks anyway. #2- i reskinned the T connectors so they are black. #3- yes, there are. Drone from SCv4 tears it apart because even tiny trinity cant spin up that fast. And tempus fugit gives it troubles from time to time.

Hmm, these award categories bear a striking resemblance to BBEANS. (I'm not complaining, these categories do cover most of the bases after all).

Okay, i got your megaupload DSL, and it works. i then downloaded FB's components, BBEANS Arena, and then tried to download the RAW pack. I put replaced the teams.txt in the AI folder, put the RAW.bmp, teams, and special AIs in the AI folder. I also coy/pasted the RAW bindings to the end of mine. I downloaded nothing else. It won't work. I double-click it on the desktop and it freezes at the first thing that comes up when it is starting. I noticed a little RA2 1.3 thing (its a little yellow icon) in the Directory. It is not in any of the other directorys for the games, including the old DSL i had (I remember). was I supposed to do something with that?
My bindings: My Bindings did you make sure it worked when you installed FB's components and the BBEANS arena, BEFORE you installed the RAW stuff? and the 1.3 thing is fine, it was in the stock 1.3 i downloaded from inf's summer magic thread.

 My BOTM. Turns out it's fricking awesome (i hadn't tested before i posted my botm picture.) this thing can take out HWs in SCv4. That is insane for a LW. It beat Scv4 tempus fugit, which is an amzing bot. It beat aerial HK, which is another of the best LWs ever. Destroyed sentinel observer. so yea. Its pretty good.

Far Cry has 2 spaces in the bindings (listed as "Far Cry"), Should this be fixed? NO. It's because the bot name has 2 spaces. took me forever to figure out why the  Far Cry wasn't working as AI. Don't change it. If it works, it's fine.
