And where should he find the 16kg necessary for Hypnos ? Mags won't be overkill with 1 grip value wheels and he just needs 10 kg to get them.
Anyways, the havoks most likely come from the long skirt hinge wedge.
10kg, plus chassis weight to accommodate the space eaten up by the Mags. Hmmm... now that you've said it, the Mags could probably be mounted externally. 16kg minus the chassis weight saved by shrinking it... you win. XD

I usually think of it as an angled FS. :P
But IMO Mags might be overkill, so test a version with Hypnos and see if it's fast enough. You can probably get the weight by using a shorter wedge and feeder wedge. You can most likely get rid of the Havok by changing the flexible weapon system to a static one. Use a single ME at the center with the AP facing the front, attach an angled flipper segment to it, then attach the piglets to the sides. You'll probably get a lower stance, which is theoretically better, but you never know what could happen unless you build it first. :D

Hehehe. What I always do is strategically place Dragon Tanks around my base and constantly apply flames around it, with 3 Gatling tanks, a bunker and a Radar Tower supporting it. Then I buy enough hackers and spam Gatling Tanks and win. XD

asdfasdfasdfasdfasdf DP! Helix's chassis looks awesome, so I tweaked it and made a popup out of it. So here's Free Radical:  3 stacked blacks, 4WD, 4 DDTs, 18 razors, DDT wedges. Inspired by Sage's I for Insidious, I wanted to make a popup as compact as possible without sacrificing wedginess. It ended up quite well. So far, it's the only bot I have that can take a beating from AC for 1 full minute and KO it at the end. But I had a microscopic fail on the wedge part. It can hardly get under NWB. D:

Speaking of suspensions, here's what has happened in my school:
*A kid was suspended for bring a BB gun to school in his backpack, the next year he was expelled.
*A friend of mine was suspended for bringing a pocket knife to school.
*A kid in my homeroom was suspended for throwing a chair at a teacher.
Hehehe. * My friend and I use a BB gun to research on hand-eye coordination improvement through periodic activities. * I always use my pocket knife to assemble circuits and projects in school. * Umm... yeah. Unless that teacher was a jerk, then that kid deserved to be expelled.

Well, due to some error in the ramplate's .txt file, the 30kg ramplate just downright sucks. You could use Panic skirts or metal skirts, and if you fix your chassis space, you'll have enough weight to add more weapons to the discs. Add a wedge if you have more free weight.

use ant wheel wide if you can squeeze out 4kg, it will make your bot faster.
You could probably replace the rear DSL bar with something slightly lighter and upgrade the wheels to wide ants. :D

RPB. Lightkeeper loves to slide around and has a hard time keeping bots on wedges. Sage did say that LK will be fixed, though.
