Stagfish, did you place your old 'saved' bot files, into the new 'Robot Designs' folder? Do you have Yahoo or MSN Messenger? If no one helps you here, then I'll help you on one of those, live. (Look under my Av)

Oh I see what the arena does, it's like (1)Mad's arena where (2)every question mark is a hazard.....is there (3)the UFO abduction question mark? -(1)Trov, Sage and I were all co-builders...(and Inf on the walls)... -(2)You've got the idea, TG. -(3)Nice idea: Captain Kirk (*I need to finish that arena.*:|)

Which arena? What do you want to increase in the arena (floor, walls, ....). And what do you mean increasing the size of the hazard(s)? (Several others can answers these queries too...)

Which gray boxes? Are they not skinned? They should be...if installed correctly. I'll check it out on my end... Let me know, on your end, Triton. EDIT: Oh, those 'inserted' ones are just experimental, along with the fridge... Any gmf object could be inserted here. So yes, the boxes are supposed to be that way as a test... NP.

(Cleaning out and posting Archived stuff) Here is the latest version of Smart-Zones. Just minor tweaks:Smart_Zones_v3(Retro-friendly [will not interfere with older version zones], over-write all files) ---------- Here's the Practice Garage arena I've tweeked out, so far... still beta-ish (works fine, but not yet finished adding all features to it yet,...hehe.). If/when they're added, I'll post the updates. A lot of ways to test your bots in this arena. Also many things to discover:SCstuff-9(Over-write all files). (BTW, always make a BU.) ---------- BattleField Arena files I'll get together soon... .

I disagree, Duck. Nice idea, S-32 to poll this. Always good to get a consensus. My input; I tend to agree that one should do it one's self and 'build your own bot'. Here, for those who need it: .......................................... .

> As you remember, Nar, I made you an AU, due to your bot building and constructive input to help others. I don't cheat for people; you earned it. I'll let one of the others facilitate the next step. > Congrats Urj, Pwn, Reier..... .

Is the weight not written inside the .bot file? Probably not cause it sounds like something you guys would have checked, but sometimes the simplest solutions are the most overlooked... That would be nice.. Only the chassis dimensions, the armor, and the components.

..... What I need this for: I will make is so when uploading bots to the exchange you will not to do anything but give the bot file. The script will calculate the bot weight and extract the bot preview image automagicly.(Wow, nice.) It will also provide a list of required downloads on the download page. (Wow x5, very nice.) people who help will be given the following: -early access to the bot exchange -name put on the credits page -I will have your babies? (No, thanks, I'm done with babies, I'm a Mod on a couple forums) people who don't: will have a(i)ds on the exchange, maybe. ( -->So we better help out!)

No 'apology' needed,.. and a 'reminder' is. But I apologize because I am overwhelmed with stuff and cannot help more here. Huh, aren't 'Respect' ratings based upon a contributory criterion? Hint, hint... ------- (Thanks for your efforts, Goose, and Trov, and others too.) .

it seemed to be attacking with it's rear end, .... I know people like that, but the crap comes out their mouths instead.. Jonzu you can thank the 1-minute match for your win... Rammer.py always does that. (Pusher as well) Very true.

I agree, CB. Though pretty sacrificial for me, since I sorta like the crowd for 'ambience'. That's a cool idea, K-3. In the AI.py, one could regulate the powers/strengths of an AI, based upon its present life. Say, start out a strong AI with 50% power. Then, if/as life decreased, powers could be increased proportionately, simulating 'desperation'/adrenaline kicks in....hypermorph..."Don't make me angry Mr. McGee; you won't like me when I'm angry!......"

The RAW-2 arena should be done this weekend. If you need help with the process, Sage, I'll help out when I can...

I watched and enjoyed both. RW was good, but it was hyped up, showy via special effects (appended 'attention- holders'). BB was not hyped as much, but mostly the core of things,... bots battling. .
