I still like Standard. Top one is a pretty good sit and spin robot with the spears on 90 degree axles, thought about using 180 degree ones but decided not to. Bottom one is a WIP flipper that I don't really know what I'm doing with anymore. Idea is to use the two biggest bursts in a MW, dunno how many batteries I need for it though. pleaserino helperino

Alright. What constitutes an axe? Is a hammer an axe weapon? Are side axes (Splinter style) an axe weapon? Is a spinning axe (IG-88 style) an axe weapon? Etc.

Yeah, everyone fights once, ranked based on that and then seeded and drawn for the tourney. May work quite well - everyone is guaranteed at least two fights, you could end up with a nice split of new/old/experienced/inexperienced bots through the tournament brackets, and you may be able to show full fights with the amount of episodes.
Isn't that essentially the current format except EVERYONE gets a wildcard after the qualifiers?

So it's kinda like having 10% of a round robin tournament, then going to an elimination stage? That's a lot easier to understand than the way RDC said it.
