Thanks for the feedback.  Here's my next robot, Axel.  Also named after a Twisted Metal vehicle, Axel is my first thwackbot in this thread.  Powered by a pair of NPC Fasts, Axel can get up to a decent speed and when spinning and the hammer connects, it can deliver a bone crunching blow.  It is also difficult to pin down normally (unless it's Shogun or Cranky Spanky) due to it's large tires and can use them to escape a pile-up.  It doesn't like spinners though as they often attack those tires and break them off, but it can keep the likes of Grog, the Vengeful at bay with its hammer. It also is extremely durable as it has 10mm titanium armor. It's only KO loss has been by Backyard Shredder when both wheels were torn off. The only other problem it has is that when spinning, Axel can sometimes become unstable for whatever reason and flip itself.

Ok got Kamikaze fixed, thanks for the advice.  Kamikaze's now an effective pusher and can out drive other robots.  Still can get knocked around by Snow Job though.

Added another rammer to the line up, Kamikaze.  I thought to myself about how ramming robots are basically doing suicidal attacks when they fight and the idea for this robot popped into my head.  It's paint scheme is based off of the car from Twisted Metal PS3 of the same name.  The strengths for Kamikaze is that it has a high top speed, is invertable, and is relatively easy to control.  The problems it has is that it unfortunately lacks in pushing power for whatever reason when it shouldn't, has plastic armor (5mm), and it has a high ground clearance, making it vulnerable to flippers and to Kamikaze's now mortal enemy, WIIDE LOAD :realmad(

An example of how easily in Motorstorm your car can go from a pristine machine to a wad of twisted metal.

You may have seen Space Junker on my Stock thread, so here's the DSL version of it, Space Junker II.  Extremely destructive, SJ II is an upgrade from SJ I from a middleweight to a heavyweight and it uses a Tornado-Mer gearbox powered spinner as it's weapon and has left the likes of Industrial Coal Miner in pieces (finally got my revenge for destroying Shredator! :laughing).  It has 5mm titanium armor so it doesn't have to worry about that, but it cannot self right if flipped and can go unstable if hit right and spin around madly like Last Rites.

In this fight I got stuck underneath the hammer and the tri-bar broke off and then got flipped by Cranky Spanky.

SJ II's slogan on the back.  Guess where it came from.

Naryar may know a bit about robots, but when it comes to motorsports, he apparently wouldn't know his brains from a radiator.

"In folklore and the paranormal, a poltergeist is the apparent manifestation of an imperceptible but noisy, disruptive or destructive entity. Most accounts of poltergeist manifestations involve noises and destruction that have no apparent cause. Reports also include inanimate objects being picked up and thrown as if by an invisible person; noises such as knocking, rapping, or even human voices; and petty physical attacks on human beings, such as pinching, biting, and hitting."  This is the reason behind the name of my first lightweight on this thread, Voltergeist.  Voltergeist's main weapon is an extremely powerful flipper and it has been known to toss other robots out of the arena and with the titanium panel on the front, it can easily slip under any other robots, even ones with anti-wedge devices.  The flipper is powered by a Judge burst motor and the only weakness it has are the exposed wheels and it can spaz out some when self-righting.

nice! but how heavy is the t minus arm again? if its too light that bot is going to havok alot

22 kgs so that's actually quite heavy and the reason that Enforcer has a Judge burst motor in it.

RAPD.  Haha. Nice touch.

You seem to have the potential to make some really good skins in the future for your bots.  What are you currently using for tools?  MS Paint? GimP?

Microsoft Paint

Lightning Tracks (aka Dark Track) and Texas Tornado were from Texas.

The Revolutionist, Rammstein, and Spin Doctor (US) were from Florida.

And Mjollnir (which came from California) from Battlebots attempted to qualify for the MTV special for Robot Wars but failed to do so.

Another one of my creations, looking like it came straight out of a junkyard, is Trash Can Hero.  A Behemoth style middleweight, THC can get to a decent speed and has a zero turning circle.  It's weapons of course are a lifting snow plow and an over head ax.  It uses no cheatbot2 parts and with the six wheel drive and the extremely low ground clearance of the plow, can shove other robots around like nobody's business and the plow also deflects blows from spinners.  An interesting fact is that it can use the snow plow to right itself.  The two weaknesses I can think it has are it's exposed wheels and the fact it cannot self right if the ax is in the down position when flipped.

My most dangerous Middleweight to date, Industrial Shredder.  It has a decent speed and a small turning circle and it's spinning blade has turned several other robots into scrap metal.  It's only problems is that it seems to always pull to the right when going forwards and the fact it can't self right. Had to use beater bars on this one because the Hypno-Disc teeth were too big.

Do I even need to bring up Scott Kalitta?

No.  I don't want another incident like that ever happening again.  We nearly lost John Force at Dallas a few years back because of an accident.

Watch this race every chance I get.  Can't wait for next year's.  In the meantime check out this Le Mans tribute video I found on YouTube.

Decided to give this thread a jump start since nobody replied.

Drag racing is harder than it looks and it's not about who has the bigger engine and in the NHRA when in goes wrong for the pros, it usually ends up going in a big way!

Ok just went and checked and the discs don't intersect the motors fortunately.  Unfortunately it just got handed it's first loss after getting butt f*cked by Industrial Coal Miner.

Otherwise it's path of destruction continues as seen here with Cranky Spanky and Bad Dog becoming two of it's latest victims.  If you're wondering about Backyard Shredder, Cranky flipped it late into the match and it just ricocheted around the arena like a pinball for the rest of the match.

Latest and probably my deadliest robot so far, Shredator.  Quick and can spin on the spot, Shredator sports two discs lined with Hypno-Disc teeth and has left many of the AI robots all over the arena, in more ways than one.  If it ever gets flipped, the back wheels still can touch the ground and simply run it blades first into the nearest wall and it will put itself back on it's feet.  Only weaknesses I can point out is that the teeth can break off at times and that it can be difficult to keep under control sometimes.
