So nobody else saw/got it with the combo of Bumper Wars, RA2, and Tuff Trux? They were all good games. Thats how I bought it way back when.
Bumper Wars was awesome. But I didn't get mine bundled with RA2. I believe I got RA1 at a Scholastic Book Fair and the same can be said for Bumper Wars. My RA2 box has a Target price tag on it for $5.99. I believe it was a Christmas gift from my parents since they knew I liked Battlebots.

Andrew, unless I'm mistaken aren't you Andrewbot? And if so, that means you've allegedly been around in the RA2 community as long as I have.
Also I agree with the sentiment about not having the time to do things. My days of being able to waste an entire afternoon playing RA2 and arguing with the mods at AceUplink ended a very very long time ago. On a good day I have maybe 40 minutes open where I can tinker with the game and that's all the time I put into designing and tweaking a robot design, and then I don't play the game for four days because I'm busy archiving crap to my website or I'm tired from being at work and cooking meals for the week in advance. D:
You're mistaken. I joined five years ago on June 6th. But there are people here with Veteran status that joined after me. It's not that I really care, it just kind of bugs me that I am being thrown out of consideration just for the fact that I am not willing to devote my life to a now 10 year old game when I have more important obligations to tend to. I mean, I guess I could try to run a tourney and then let it fail like some hosts seem to do a lot.

I refuse to try to run a tourney or anything else extensive because I just plain don't have time to **** with it. I'm too busy with my real life. You know, like raising my kids and so forth. But if that means I'll never get vet status, so be it.
It's not like I don't still build, but I guess you have to devote a huge chunk of your existence to be recognized around here.

Yeah but one of my rules (to make my replicas unique) is that I don't even use custom paint jobs, but I do use DSL. Also comengetorix is a bit to tall XD.
Or could it be that you don't know how to skin and are too lazy to try to learn. The skin is mostly what makes replicas look good.
