You can lower the chassis, use shines, and raise the baseplate anchor to save weight.

Instead of sledge hammers on the 2nd bot, you would want to use one of the big 3 (maces, irons, razors) since they are some of the best weapons. (Also instead of updating the first post, you can just post the bot in the reply, it makes it easier to reply to) You don't need the wheels on axle mounts at the front. Toss 'em, and instead, use some baseplate anchors to put some round extenders in a reverse V pattern at the front of your bot, which should keep your bot stable and help you trap enemies, while also being lighter.
I would suggest using some like blades, plows, brackets, etc. because extender have 100/200hp which is pretty damn weak.
