Shorten the chassis, perhaps give it a slope of some sort, so you can attach a 30kg tite sheet to a 45-degree anchor, and use metal hinge wedges. Also, moar ants.

Good job! You can still have a smaller chassis (have the ants arranged in a 2x2 form, all lying down, and the control board above it), which means you could either have stronger armor, or longer and stronger extenders (like DSL bars). :D

Well, I don't have any new bots to showcase, so here's a relatively old one:  If you got my team update from the NAR AI thread, then you probably have seen this already. DM4. 7 ants, 3mm tite, and a whole lot of flat sheets for stability and protection. It's nowhere as deadly as the other SHWs in the pack, but it surely does its job nicely in an open arena. :D

I originally AI'ed it with OmniRam but it get flanked too easily, so I reverted back to Omni. But it can still dismantle and KO RPB, The Troll and Tempest Exterminator in less than 20 seconds. :D
