Six Mags combined is the best for me. Faster getting up to speed, and cannot really see the difference between that and Dual Perms.

That looks too complex to be even possible. Very nice, i'm stuck for ideas on how to improve it. Maybe try and get Killdozer's at the front, just to be 100% sure? I think that a Sheck Spinner or Rammer might rape it after the scoops come off.

This is slowly deluding into an absolute mess. Why can't TX take a hint and actually LEARN how to host a tournament PROPERLY (AND I SWEAR TO GOD IF YOU COMPLAIN TO ME THAT I CANT HOST A TOURNAMENT EITHER TX I WILL RIP YOUR BALLS OFF) and then do it? It would be a lot nicer.

Can the RAD be attached straight to the Anchor? If so, combine that with your Airtight chassis and you've got yourself an iron on there, if ya want.
