Maybe, however the first will take longer getting onto its wheels where the second can drop and speed off with less chance of tipping, etc
The thing is, the leaning chassis counteracts the forwards pull of the weapon. Otherwise this design just flips over.

For HS vs HS yes.
Razors have half hitpoints. 9x0.5 = 4.5
Maces/Irons have normal hitpoints. 6x1 = 6
But razors are more damaging.

^agreed, but I like it, apart from the weapon choice and the below issue.
I think the skirts are angled forward too much. Could be why it's tippy, and it might give it steering problems cos the chassis will be angled so far back. Try to make it so the chassis is vertical when the bot lands, then you'll spend less time falling at the start of the match, less chance of falling over and better steering.
What? Surely having the skirts higher will give a longer falling time? Also, the tipping only lasts about 1/2 a second.

It doesn't flip over at the start of matches but does tip a bit. Speed is decent enough for this bot type.

I never did so well in any of the GT games, I have 2 and 4. There is too many open routes for you to take at the start so I become frustated as im a completionist and MUST complete everything... So any tips on that field?
On GT4I buy the best used car I can at the start. Race they easiest race a few times and sell and winnings. Upgrade my car then do as many races as possible before buying the next best car I can buy. Then I do this again and again until the races get to hard/long for me. Then I switch to B-Spec mode, doing a few 24hr races on x3 speed to earn loads of money and eventually you can win the F1 car. Then I go back to missed events and buy the fastest legal car for that event (By now I have LOADS of money) and complete all I can. So far only Licence tests and the rally stages have stumped me (I'm not that good at racing carefully)
