I'd be up if you need a judge but I'd ad 2 judges
yeah actually, or add 3, so you can have a 3 judge board and an backupjudge if one doesn't answer or you can't judge your own match.

"Judging will be done by myself." "I will be entering, here's my bots:"
DISCREPANCY DETECTED
Yeah I don't think it's fair to judge your own robot's fights. Could you appoint a secondary judge to judge your matches?

For the record as I did not agree to this challenge I will request this thread locked, as I don't fancy being disqualified for a challenge I didn't even accept.

Try and do a support from the green box where the discs are down to the green wedge as a brace. That should make it look better.

But ME is so much better than 10! Its not the OS, its the graphics. The game was designed in the same era.
Nobody is going to help you for a OS that's 17 years old. Windows XP Service Pack 3 is the correct OS to use for RA2. Vista and Win 7 are acceptable alternatives for playing RA2. ME is not better than 10. That's just a fact. The game was made in 2003, XP was released in 2001. ME is inferior to XP. We are telling you precisely that what you are doing is wrong and will not work. If you aren't going to listen to us, stop asking for help. But ME is so much better than 10!
There's no way this isn't a master troll.
Out of interest, was this everyone's reaction to me back in 2009 when I started posting?

Playing RA2 on anything older than XP: Sad!

Looking forward to paladin getting rekt so people can see that it's a mediocre bot, made to counter HS and shell/ring spinners, used effectively in LvD.

>may be battling a 3 burst Beta flipper

both of you are absolute monsters for entering 3 burst flippers into any oota'ble arena, but entering it into the ridiculously low walls of the RW Series 7 studio arena is frankly just plain cancer. I have not got a robot in this, so I've no stock in this tournament and will leave it at that, but for the record, I'm ashamed of you, demon.

Best Robot: Jungle Party. Looks cool, has a slight exocage around it with green extenders, cool weapon, came 2nd in two goddamn rumbles. An excellent robot. Coolest Robot: Paladin. I don't think it's IRL with the 3 bursts still, but I will gladly follow this meta if it is accepted, and I cannot deny it looked badass. Weakest Robot: Big Black Saw. This is why extenderbots look cool but when they fight an non-extenderbot of equal strength they are inferior. If you are trying to mix efficiency and IRL and go for a tournament win, I don't think extender bots are the way to go. Blandest Robot: Executioner. A remarkable improvement for Baconus, but it's just too bland. Dishonourable mention: Challenge. Better Captain: Avalanche. Luckiest Robot: Paladin. Had Jungle Party not been eliminated immediately through sh**ty luck, he wouldn't have faced literally no potential counters. Unluckiest Robot: Literally everyone on Team Light, because we all had no wedges to counter paladin with properly, and those who did got taken out before they fought him. MVB: Crocodile Smile. Took out 1 of the 3 major enemies, and fought better than any other robot against Paladin in the main competition. Best Match: Fighter Mk. II vs Solaris. That was close. VERY close. Bot that deserves an award but couldn't get one: Monster in the Parasol. I expected to be a sh** robot that would be a throwaway. It gave all opponents a solid battle and almost, almost won against Solaris.

top right feels to me like Pullverizer, the robot that came before PulverizeR from Dutch RW S2. Middle is Mechadon.

Yeah would you consider giving someone reputable on here the same level of access as Trov? It feels like Trov is AWOL.
for more detail: the only feedback any of us get that he still exists is when he changes the splash on the main page to whoever won BOTM. that's not a good sign.

Sort of broke my own philosophy with Bocuma II in that I didn't spend hours getting the wedge perfect. Thought it was 'good enough' but evidently not. Been working on it a bit more trying to get it lower, though I don't think I can really beat an E-Wedge like that no matter what I do without going COMPLETELY Un-IRL (It's questionable whether or not the small wedges on skirt hinges that I have now are IRL anyway). Also 3 bursts seem to be better than two, so much so that Avalanche broke his own definition of IRL to use them .
Id be a moron to not match the current IRL meta. At least I didn't go the Delta route and use 3 betas or long pneumatic bursts TIL E Wedges are the current IRL meta.
hey I need those wedges my robot is worthless without them if I go against anyone who has them or other component hinge wedges.
But Avalanche I thought skirt hinge wedges were Un-IRL
my issue is with skirts as in the long ridiculously thin wedges. Component wedges aren't certain to go under, and can be damaged easier imo. I can agree on them not being exactly IRL though so I'll try and phase them out of my builds.
