Build to the weight limit
Bad armor choice, use titanium.
E-tek drives are for drive only, use a dual perm.
Underpowered. 5 ants would work.
Use Techno wheels
Lighten the extender work.
Realism fail, put the weapon farther out.
Try using axle wedges or a Destroyer type system.

Can we see a pic of the real thing? Remade Last Rites  I switched the crappy steel extenders for dozens of side panels, making it look much more like the real thing. Also, the blade is lower because i attached it to a small drum, and it's still just as deadly as my first verson of it.
