Use the Left/Right NPCs so you can use Vlads (same grip and more hitpoints for less weight). And you can't get under opponents because your wedge height is incorrect. The metal hinge should be flat against the ground for it to be effective. You might need to lower the chassis a bit so you can add a skirt hinge wedge as the feeder wedge.

For the HS, you can conserve weight by using a T connector. However, that would require Snapper Loading. But it's worth it, since you can attach more weapons with the free weight. Also, you can eFFe the snowplow to that same snapper when you use the secret attachment point (it's just below the arm, where you can see a grey square).
As for the popup, the weapon setup is useless since only one of the razors hit the enemy. Rotate the main extender so the following razors are aligned side-by-side, so all of the razors hit the enemy at the same time. :D

Yay new bot after 3 weeks. XD  Plastic 3, 4 ants and you can see the rest. Yes, those are mini wheels you are looking at, but that doesn't really matter since it has Slim drive and I needed wheels of that size for them to touch the ground. Hmmm... I should stick to DSL for a while. XD

Well, Wipeout seems to be a good example for that. It only uses blue snappers, yet it can get under NWB because of the ballasts.
Also, there is a limit on how heavy the wedge can get before it loses its effectiveness. Trov's Shadow Tyrant got under NWB but it couldn't when he added more ramplates onto the wedges.

V.M. Worker's quite stable in my game. And the only bot that can stand a chance against V.M. Worker is the hammer. And even the hammer can't get a solid hit on the chassis. It always gets one of the skirts ripped off before it could deal the final blow. >.<

Stacking ballasts might be easy, but it isn't practical. You can use that free weight on caster armor, or if you want it to be a bit more realistic, ramplate armor would be useful as well.

It's quite easy to guess the setup of the Snapper2 HS. I just can't get how you attached the drive and ramplates for the Snapper II one. x_x
