Would look better with some sort of edging IMO but that's just me and it wouldn't really work with the skin.
Is it me or does it have a very Scrap Daddy feel to it?

weapon motor cover looks stupid. mount it down inside the chassis and i don't really like the weapon. it looks too ra2ish
Yeah, can't really do that. I'll change the weapon though. I don't like the skin, the skinned wedge thing is way too abrupt. Find a better metal texture or something. I don't like how the name on the side (Discontent) is so hard to read and I think you should make it white with black outlines instead of the other way around. I don't like the disk either, like SKBT said.
I'll fix this.
