@Scorps: Yeah, NPC's don't work when you try that, but there's a bunch of methods you can do. For some reason I use the motor chaining method in Stock and Axle Mount Spam method in DSL.
Strange? I manage to axle load NPC's just fine with that method, I think it's really only motors heavier than Perm 130s that I can't. Maybe you just give up too easily ;P
For the time being however, I might also work on another entry. Anyone know any good DSL burst motors that work well for middleweight bots?
Good MW burst motor? Spam BSG's, IMO the JX bursts aren't worth it, especially the small one.
BSGs? They're the green ones, aren't they?
Lol. XD Yes, they are the green ones.

Not tried that yet. Could work. I'll give it a stab tomorrow.

@GF93: Because 3,000 of your posts were deleted in The Great Censorship. Hopefully you can get Axle Loading to work, it's a big help in some designs. @Scorps: Yeah, NPC's don't work when you try that, but there's a bunch of methods you can do. RA2T2 arena works in both Stock and DSL. I'm not entirely sure what Naryar's talking about, to be honest. But the arena map does need to be mirrored vertically to show up the right way in the game.

Sage has a handy video showing how it's done. =D What I do is attach a 20cm Steel Extender perpendicular to the axle, then spin it up and switch tabs while it's spinning. Add an axle mount, then QUICKLY press the Pause/Break button on your keyboard. Switch tabs, unpause, then go back to Components. Repeat the Add/Pause trick until the axle disappears, then you can add the extender where the axle would normally be. EDIT: Ninja'd by Badnik, although I should point out that his method never works for me in DSL.

Try Snapper or Axle Loading the bar away first. It's probably intersecting the sprocket on the end of the perm.

I'd try to swap the tite extenders/flipper segments for aluminium extenders on ME's, that should help in keeping the weight down. Definitely get TWM3R's on there instead of Slimbodies, you have the weight for that already. And swap the hammers for something narrower, and extend the Perm motor to keep it realistic.

Insides, minus the battery. Tried mounting the SnapperII lower, but it either wouldn't drive, or the weapons didn't hit.

It was my grandpa's and he took really good care of it before it passed away.
It was in for an oil change and the guy found a mouse nest in what was left of the air filter. It made so much of a difference that the first time I punched it up a hill, it surprised me enough that I yelled POWERRRRRRR like Jeremy Clarkson XD
You win. =D

Why not just use shinies?
Then it wouldn't be invertible at all. Not sure what I could use the extra 10kg on, either.

More prototyping. 398.9, DSA. RAD Drive and a SnapperII for the weapons, but only has a Nifty Battery. Sort of half-invertible.

Not too bad. =) How often does the motor get taken off?

I've got an SnS as well, with 36 Irons/Maces and an extra 4 Razor Tips. I'm hoping it should hold out pretty well against HS and a few of the wedged bots, maybe less so against rammers.

Actually looks pretty good. Is that AGOD on the right-hand wheel, though?

It would help if you provided some reasons for your dislike of it, rather than just "it's crap". I like metal, because you can have a lot of variety in metal compared to a genre like mainstream pop or techno.

I listen to some Green Day (Dookie, for instance), but I prefer Rush, Tool, System Of A Down, that sort of thing. I've started listening to some Pantera again.
