TP. Gave up on that idea for a while and built this instead:  Saw is on a twm3r, the saw arm is on a servo, 12 ants, plastic 5 armour, thermidor claws (Thanks to kossokei for the idea), 2wd npc fast with hypno's.

Any I had I took apart to learn how they worked and didn't put them back together, if I find any shells though I'll probably use them to test my antweight spinner.

That looks awesome !
I was going to try and make a shell spinner with a hex plate shell a while ago but it was just too heavy to get a decent spin speed on and it had the same agility problem as Fortifier.

I still think it's kind of weird that he went from being a dubstep guy to a Kiss trooper. Not something I'll complain about since Kiss does have some good songs (WAR MACHINE man).
I've always liked Kiss and I still like dubstep I've just started listening to Kiss and ACDC a bit more lately.

The blade actually engages quite well but I might swap the twm for 2 piglets to eat up weight and move the disc further forward.

That looks really nice but invincible half sheet armour isn't really IRL, the skin on it looks like the sort of thing I'd expect from a heckboy novel aka awesome and really fitting!
I think I know what you're talking about with the half sheet armor;
That's actually 2 aluminium sheets attached to a skirt hinge; the top hexplate armor made the bottom look really... naked, I guess. Couldn't fill in the middle one because the hypno teeth are just a tad bit too big and it'll collide, and that'd really be unrealistic. The beater bars on the end of the aluminium skirts are just there... probably castors or something, I can't entirely remember why they're there.
