Idk, how am I expected to know that? I'm only good for causing wars, stalling opponents, tracking down furries, and uncovering the truth. None of those involve finding child porn >.>

4Chan is the evil twin of 4Kids.

Actually, The reason states I was a threat to the site security. I would have banned me too.

@Meganerdbomb; I didn't assume people cared, I just like to mention it whenever a logical opportunity arises, I'm actually happy about it.

It will nonetheless be highly influential in the United States as a study Bible officially approved by the U.S. bishops, who said it would replace the current version as the official text on the conference's website later this year.

To promote acceptance of the new translation, Zondervan said it would phase out the 1984 update of its popular 1978 version of the book, which many churches have continued to use during the translation controversies. That means no more copies will be printed to continue stocking the pews for denominations like the Southern Baptist Convention, which rejected the 2005 modernization and stuck with the 1984 version.

Just for those too lazy to find it themselves/

You see Frezal, its not entirely the rewriting that piss's me off.

What really got to me was the Article saying the okay to discontinue the prior version; it also mentioned this will force the churches of the southern states to buy this book (the book is currently boycotted)

Chatterbox / Re: Dreams
« on: April 24, 2011, 04:48:03 AM »
So then, when I was 6 years old, I started to dream. I specifically Lucid dream, and its not as fun as it sounds.

The day was October 14th when I first dreamed, and it was a while before I was aware I was not in the waking world. I awoke in my bed, and slipped off the top bunk before heading to the front room. I opened my Door, and instead, I saw the kitchen, a room that in order to reach, I generally must go through a hallway, and a Dining Room first. This immediately disoriented me, something just seemed off, and impossible about that, and I knew it.

My Father was over the stove, smiling and flipping pancakes that for some reason sizzled as bacon would. He looked at me, and then said a line that has never left me. "Have some pancakes son!"

There is more terror in that line than anything else you could say to me; I am more wary of a person offering me pancakes, then I am of a person Juggling armed missiles. I'm not kidding, I've heard that line in my lucid dreams so often, that I no longer trust the food itself; I will never eat at IHOP.

I asked my Father where the living room went, and he said he sold it for pancake mix. (lolwut?) He also insisted I please eat some pancakes "Before the Stove Melts". I calmly sat down, THEN freaked out, and ate the pancakes. That then via a poison killed me.

I thought nothing of it until I went to sleep again. For when I opened my door, there was the kitchen. My Father smiled at me and said "Have Some  Pancakes Son!"

It was here that I became lucid for the first time, my legs pulled me to walk forward and ask him about the front room, but something just snapped inside me instead. I looked at him, and with incredible might, I mustered out the statement; "I would rather eat the Microwave, then ever look at your pancakes" The world shattered, he looked at me with that smile... Just that smile that never goes away... His hand shook with a tad bit of rage, before he Dropped the Spatula he was holding. He then said; "That can be Arranged...", pulled the microwave off the cart, and slammed it into my head. I died immediately, then Awoke in my bed.

This was a declaration of war; I was unaware of that at this time; but now 11 years later I understand the consequences of that one sentence from long ago...

I read that most people must rediscover they are asleep to initiate a lucid dream; its a state they must slip into while dreaming, but it does not replace dreaming. I don't face this; Ever since that fateful day I initiate all dreams with a clear understanding that this is a dream. There is constants to these if I'm ever in doubt, yet I stopped doubting it when I was 9.

Lets just check in with the third night...

I awoke aware. I got out of the covers of my bed, and pressed my ear to the door to hear my Father making the pancakes. Understanding what would certainly happen if I opened the door, I instead faced my Window... A curiosity that had never consumed me before erupted into my thoughts, and I climbed on the nearby Dresser to kick the window out.
Once the window was out of the pane, I tried to crawl through it, but before I could, my door opened, and my father Grabbed me by the back of my shirts collar. He turned me around and asked what I thought I was doing, then slammed my head against the dresser 4 times before killing me.

There is more to this, but I don't feel like typing right now.

I believe 2012 is fake as well, I am just wary of the fact that it does have a bit more backing it up then any of our other doomsday BS.

Either way, we wouldn't know even if the world did end, so lets just ignore any doomsday prophets, mk?
