This is alot better for the chassis space. use Shiny hub wheels though to get the most out of the weight so you can add more weaponry. Also, build to the weight limit. Try to keep your weight 239-249, 389-399, or 784-799 everytime. Try it on your next bot.

A more simple tip is to build to the weight limit. Choose what weight class you want, and build to the maximum amount you can. Try to stay 244-249 for LWs, 389-399 for MWs, and about 785-799 HWs

Well, he should keep that bot if he wants a MW. A newer bot yes, but instead of attaching the razors to one extender, attach multiple extenders on the side of the original extender to make them side by side. Attaching it that way will be better as it does damage all at once.

Well it would wobble with all the weight back, instead of farther forward. Mine was wobbling when I placed my HPZ at about the same spot his is in. I'm curious if the plows helped it in any way (even though it probably did).

It's better to just use more wheels. IMO, the MW needs 4WD HPZ and the HW needs 6WD HPZ.
Remove the snapper in the MW. It would be better to make chassis space since it doesn't accumulate as much space as the snapper.
If the Slippers are for invertibility then that means your chassis is too high for both bots.

Round 3 predictions
45-70 Magnum: It's all based on the wedge. I'm just taking a wild guess since ACAMS is ranked #1 for BBEANS.
R4: Hellbringer lacks a wedge.
Copyright Infringement: Meh... this was a hard choice. Copyright Infringement is a weak HS and I'm not sure if No Hype would flip it out of the Arena, but Copyright Infringement is still a Horizontal Spinner and hard to get a hold of.
Bounty Hunter: That SnS won't work this time as Bounty Hunter is castor armored. Rammer will suicide as usual.
Seism 13: Seism is doing great. After the two bots it just beat, I'm pretty sure it can beat the Emancipator.
Pita 8: Another tough decision for me. A castor front gives Pita my vote.
Shadow Tyrant: Shadow has 6 ramplates and 4 wedges, so losing them isn't much of a problem. Also, TBP isn't very strong anyways.
Death Dealer: It's pretty much NWB vs any spinner. NWB usually loses.
