Furry or not, it was just plain disturbing. Nary, I thank you for getting rid of that.
Agreed- definitely one of the more worrying things I've seen from him in a while. Cheers, Nary.

And certainly GF :P
(Image removed from quote.) (Still LOLing at the fact that the Razer replica can beat a lot of the other replicas, but still can't beat Pussycat :') )
Ah yes, that's looking much more accurate- I remember the old one being twice as big as most of the other replicas put together! XD But I definitely like how it looks especially from the side, and considering the damage potential the claw had in that video Click uploaded where it fought the old HypnoDisc, it should be a marvel. When the time comes for an update at some point though, perhaps a later revision could include the scoop front and thicker wheelguards it had in Series 5/Extreme 1? Talking of it not being able to beat Pussycat actually, that's given me an idea for an easter egg. I suppose if you import Razer into the Bot Lab and beat Pussycat with it for the first time, a tiny 8-bit Ian Lewis could appear in the Match Result box and start dancing to this briefly- Bit daft I know, but just an idea I had. :P

I think if it was, someone would have found out by now :P
Anyway, new Razer-
(Image removed from quote.)
Click very kindly sent me the new Razer replica parts. Has been resized to a heavyweight size (as opposed to SHW size) and now works as a proper crusher when AI'd. That is all atm :P
Ooh, now that looks good. I remember seeing it as part of the original post announcing DSL3, and I've always liked how it looks. Taking into consideration its size, would a size comparison with another one of your replicas be possible? Thanks.

Sorted out the main menu which Ducky designed. (Image removed from quote.) I can't get the options menu to be in the position Ducky showed though. These buttons seem to be positioned relative to a mysterious rectangle at the bottom of the screen and if I place them outside the rectangle it disappears. If anyone knows how to change this could you tell me? Currently only works at full screen highest resolution. Other than that it's all good.
It's definitely looking pretty good so far though, especially with how all the buttons look. Is there any way the background could be animated, I wonder? If there is, then something like the swinging wires and turning cogs of the ED background could be good to replicate.

battlebots 6 entry
(Image removed from quote.)
3mm tit, 11 ants, 4 NPCF, 6mag, etc etc
Looks pretty good Nary, especially with the skin. The range appears to be a bit lacking for a hazard-type design, though.

Hey Massimo, I recently found my old robot "Juggernaut II" in my designs folder. Considering I've wanted to use it for some time but never had the chance to, and Arsonist's in the HW Division already, would it be OK if I submitted it into the SHW bracket?
Yeah no problem.
Great, I'll do that then. It'll be interesting to see how a Heavy matches up against the Superheavies.

GF - Most likely :P
Ah, superb. I'm certainly looking forward to seeing it once it's finished- I love how all of the replicas so far are being improved so much in terms of both looks and fighting capability. Definitely should be a mean pusher.

Started work on the new Tornado:
(Image removed from quote.)
Now more square, bit bigger (Factor of 1.1) And much more powerful. Still need to create a poly baseplate, the two 'eyes' on top and edit the spikes. Other than that, quite happy with this one :P (Was dreading starting on it lol)
Ah, that's looking very good so far- particularly with the new look of the chassis and the tyres. Will the baseplate have the cow on it like the Extreme Destruction version does?

This one's a pretty cool example of an early remote-controlled robot that was commercially available. (Image removed from quote.) The Tomy Omnibot 2000. It was remote-controlled, and could drive about, open and close a gripper hand on its right arm, and play music from the tape deck in its chest. Apparently, it could also be programmed via computer to do things on a set schedule. There's a definite retro-futuristic appeal behind it, I find- although the name makes it sound like something from the World of Tommorow, it's almost like looking into the past. :P
the original version of Mauler had a drive train built out of one of these (Image removed from quote.) similar concept of "having a robot in your home" type thing.
It did? Very interesting, I remember seeing those particular robots in a book, actually. Likewise, Doctor Inferno Jr. is based on the second version of Omnibot.

Cool, I'll see if I can work on a floor plan for it- I have some ideas for the layout.
