Roaming Robots need a better arena IMO
Or at least a deeper pit, like they used to have. Come to think of it, I think RR hates pits- it's very small and shallow, and even when a robot through some miracle goes in, Major Damage takes them out again immediately afterwards.
If they want hazards, they could have the crappy ones from the first series of Robot Wars. Tank traps, corkscrew lances, things like that.

If you get the chassis as airtight as you can, I reckon you could save a couple of kg and get a Razor onto the second AP of the SnapperII as some form of defense.

@NFX, i did attempt to make a Axe-bot because i couldn't get it to stay stable and it flew up in the air whenever i fired the weapon.
If you tried adding a tail to keep the front end down when the weapon fires, that might help. Helped Taur immensely. =)

I currently have a Bar Spinner and a Horizontal Spinner (Not sure if i will use though).
I have quite a few MW's but half of them probably wouldn't be allowed.

It's gonna be really interesting as we get deeper into the brackets. A few unpredictable matches here and there, things could really get shaken up.

The plan was to fight wedges better, but they seem to be effectively static when they hit a concussion weapon, like a hammer, so they seem to be a bit more damaging that way.
Actually, if your razors behaved as if static they would suck against hammers. I think it is the horizontal flails that are covering for your vertical ones.
That's the one. I knew I'd get it the wrong way round. Oh well. STC next. =) Should be fun. Good luck.
