those bots you refer to are the most beautiful pieces of work in the game. (even venkos)
I don't really care, because by the end of the day, I'll be happy that we argued. Oddly enough, Half of them Look like Theo Jansen's work, which is the best art I've known. Now, I'm going to state this one last time: I do not want to make my bots look like anyone else's.I'd rather learn on my own thank you. Speaking of which: Inf, Psycolone: Get lost.Some people are helping, you are not. Now, I think I've sorted everything out, oh! I'll probably leave in a moth, depending on weather I get bored or not. I'm looking at you, roboforge. And, What do you mean, Stock only and DSL only fights are unfair? I'm kinda getting mixed up on that.

Heh heh, I'm quoting that. Now, In my defence. 1) I have been taking some of your advice, but not all. Just because I prefer a realistic and specialy designed bot that would work in real life does not mean I'm ignoring you. 2) Everytime I post a bot, Sage or Inf start on me. What should I do, let it happen? castor armour the whole front and 4 Tribar 36 Iron everthing? I'm not making my bots look like that. It makes robots super strong, yes but in most cases, it makes bots look like Train crashes. And I suck at making bots not look like train crashes. Badly. 3) Yes, I know these are the best bot builders trying to help, but when somone walks up to me, throws a pile of scrap on the floor and says: That's crap, make this. I really get a desire to kill them. 4) Really, You guys don't know what opinion means? And america is for the free. :P

No, I'd sacrifice Power over looks. I'd feel better if I was ripped apart because I made a robot that Looked good but was weak. It's just my opinion on that certain subject. Edit: And I did take some advice. I'm in love with the T extenders:  The red motors are probably the most well rounded ones I ever had known.

Top ten rules of building bots. (Satire)
1) Smaller chassis make chicks like you.
2) Ztek moar - It's never enough.
3) use the same 4 weapons or the boogieman will eat you.
4) Tribars are cruise control to cool.
5) Even with cruise control, you still have to IRONS SPAM.
6) Castor armour is the perfect armour.
7) Battle axes make you look dumb.
8) Snow ploughs ONLY.
9) One sided pickaxe's are the best way to go.
10) If you robot is origonal, you arn't doing it right.

we need to really amp up the players. maybe release DSL as a game. send it to nintendo, as an idea for a wii game. the pointer could be like the mouse, use the control stick for movement... and better online play! :o That is the second most stupid comment ever... The first being a youtube comment. ((It would have to be called Mario ((sellout edition)): Fobot fighter and all the parts must be shaped like mario items before Nintendo got it.))
