He's acting like this is failbook, though. I know this is just General Chatter, but he could at least attempt to post something constructive instead of just "I have to crap". As if any of us are going to reply "Lol me 2".

You don't need to remove the skirt. You just need to rotate something so that it "stacks" into the collision mesh of the skirt.

Just to give you guys some idea of what recording quality I can get with the equipment I have (Basically my MP3 Player), I've recorded myself playing Toxicity. Just a couple of tracks pieced together. If it's not up to much, I think I have a USB microphone that I could use, I just have to make sure it hasn't been thrown out already. Toxicity - Cover Version

Yup, but you'll have Sage's drum part to play over too 
Go find some Exodus on Youtube and take inspiration from their riffs.
