Existing Games / Re: Team Fortress 2

Gentlemen, allow me to give my opinion. I've been playing TF2 for literally only a few weeks, but I think I've now gotten the feel for the game and so can give a balanced opinion.

I started out playing those character I really wanted to play as before I got the game, due to public opinion (kind of) and who had the most awesome gameplay. These were Pyro, Demoman, Heavy and Medic. I had a go with these classes first and I never managed to enjoy the game or get any success. Pyro was essentially OP at close range (which it should be, no complaints), it's just that I could never time my ambushes correctly and gain the element of surprise. Demoman, out of at least 30 minutes straight gameplay I got a total of 5-10 kills, it was hopeless. Heavy... well, I'll put it like this. Every time I came into the open, either a Sniper would disintegrate my face or a Spy would backstab me. No fun. Medic was far worse, the longest I lasted in a single life was clocked at about 2-3 minutes, it was tantamount to rape and it made me want to throw my copy of the orange box into the bin.

But then I stopped, and played the other characters, and when I played as Spy, oh SWEET MUTHA OF JESUS it was so much fun. The most fun I've ever had playing any computer game. It just felt so rewarding. It's difficult and requires a lot of patience and a quick wit, but it's worth it when I stab a stupid Pyro in the back and steal his identity (Your Eternal Reward).

TL;DR? I'm very sorry GF, but we have to agree to disagree. Until I get the hang of Pyro, I'm staying as Spy.

(And on a side note can I add you guys on Steam? I have 0 friends on there and it makes me sad :c)

EDIT: I also hate camping Vagineers on 2fort, makes me sick.

The old question. LFS or rFactor? Value, people playing, graphics, feel? I'm not sure which one I want to get.

I got bored in sketchup and started modifying other people's vehicle renders, and I ended up with a sort of pickup truck/ Deora Porsche variant.

Anyone else notice the door is extremely far away from the window?

Has anyone else noticed most things to do with computer hardware, if stated in a certain way, sound like sex?

"Push the jack into the slot, firmly but not too forcefully, so that nothing breaks"
"Seat the card in the slot firmly with gentle pressure along the length of the card, especially right about the slot itself"
They call them male ends and female ends for a reason.
Well played.

Okay, Question Time.

1. Is Rfactor 2's beta worth getting? Is it worth the ~£60 lifetime membership?

2. Will buying Rfactor 2 beta buy you Rfactor 2?

3. Should I download the Rfactor 1 demo before doing anything else?

4. Is it still good without a racing wheel?

To be honest, I've never really made myself a logo, or looked to find one.
