This game REALLY need custom keyboard configs. using S to go left instead of A is annoying and impossible to get used to.
Agreed but it does have three types of controls.

Who uses which?

¬1234 - Pick a lane.
ASDF - Hold for a lane, then back to center.
< and > - Left and right, simple enough.

I use left/right.

Also the real Slideout is purple and orange...

Before anyone says anything.. I didnt enter... buuuut I am a bit of a Hot Wheels collector so I couldnt help but share this

http://hotwheels.wikia.com/wiki/Slideout

Hot Wheels have produced this in many different colours

I stand corrected.  Looks like Kurt was basing his bot off the 2002 version.

I know Slideout primarily because FB and I used to have a Hot Wheels game for PC that was kinda like Turbo Racing, except nowhere near as good, but we played it to death anyway (this was well before Turbo Racing ever came out).  At one point it became our goal to collect all the cars from the game.  Slideout, Tow Jam, and Twin Mill are the only ones I remember that were in it.

Edit:  Just did a Google search; it was called Stunt Track Driver.  Man it's been so long since I've played that game, I hardly remember what any of those cars look like.

Doubleedit:  So much nostalgia looking at the wiki page for that game... wish I was home so I could look through my old Hot Wheels collection and see how many of those cars we did end up getting.

Stunt Track Driver. I had it too.

That was a good game.

Indeed, it was...

Also... I am surprised no one pointed out that the number on the front wing of Slideout was obviously done in Photoshop.
*Cough* microsoftpowerpoint *Cough*

holy heck

Is this the heaviest non-cheat bot ever?
Naa... I think I've seen a bot with over 10000 kilos.
For combat or just so it was heavy?

this is huh, lel.
Anyways so the AC unit in my house stopped working yesterday. Today is Oklahoma's hottest day on record for the summer. (105 degrees) and inside it feels like 200  degrees. That and my dad's too much of a cheap bastard to buy more than 2 electrical fans. (ones in my sister's room and the other's in my dad's) And I literally feel like I'm melting.

fack this
bich it was 107 F here in wisconsin

74F in Scotland yesterday. Which was hot. Especially since the melting point of a Scotsman is only 81F.
That's going on Facebook.  :gawe:

Surely that falls under complaining about rep. And isn't complaining about rep a repdownable offence?
