Would it be able to go high enough, though? a 25cm caster might only go up five clicks, whereas a 10cm caster might go up nine.

Typhoon Twins: Due to new rule changes if one cluster bot was out, the other could still fight. Thats unfair.
Not really, the total weight of cluster bots must be equal to a bot that isn't a cluster bot.
I wouldn't mind this, aside from the fact that this didn't apply in the main competition, so Black And Blue was eliminated in Round 1 because only one half of the bot broke down. If it was the same across the board, regardless of weight class, then that would be fine.

I see what u did there.

For a bot based completely off of one component, it's actually not too bad, I reckon. You could make the chassis smaller if you wanted, and add the drive to the SnapperII as well via Snapper Loading, which would save weight for more fists.

If we had a CLEAR definition of "IRL building" it would be SO MUCH EASIER to say what is IRL... for me IRL is "realistic, and could work in real life".

Because a 400x400mm sheet of 0.413mm titanium could easily hold a 35kg motor and an equally heavy wheel, as well as safely containing all the wiring.

I think a better standard is if you can provide a close enough counterpart to your bot that has been built IRL, then it should be accepted as IRL building.

...and Naryar promptly self-destructed.

Looks properly mental, though. Can't imagine it would be friends with the Stability Overlord, though.

If you swapped the Irons for Large Beater + Light DS Tooth, and added an extra razor in the middle of the small disc, that would eat up the remaining weight.

Technically, it is IRL building, but that's by far and away outwith the spirit of IRL building. It'll be far too flimsy if it were built IRL. But it is nice to see the efficiency guru trying his hand at IRL. Even if he's not that good at it. =P

Damn, that looks seriously impressive. I wouldn't have thought of building it that way, I'd have thought it'd be too unstable at the start of the match.

I'm inclined to say Pressure for the IRL Award, personally. Don't know how that affects it.

SM should get one, and ty4er should get one, I think. =) It seems fair.

??

There aren't any popups.
Grinding noise looks like a pop-up.
It uses RADs as weapon motors to circumvent the no popups rule.

Can you put the z-techs on the extenders holding the plows?

Or does ra2 not like that either :P

I'm not sure if it's just me, but i don't like the way it looks.
Rule of 7 forbids it, I'm afraid. Unless he tweaks the weapon extender setup a little.

The extender holding the second one on is partially concealed by the Z-Tek. You can see the uneven spacing of the "rivets" on the edge of the plows.

That is Fury. If you stacked the CB into the black, you might be able to get the last iron on there. You should ideally use the same weapons on both Spinners as well.
