TX was implicated earlier today for accepting of bribes. In this leaked Steam converation, we see Jonzu Guillistern offering a TF2 in game item, and then a digita copy of a game, in exchange for destroying evidence. "My world is just blown" said TX's close friend FOTEPX in an interview, "He always struck me as such a law-abiding citizen that would never stray off the straight and narrow. I don't know what to believe anymore."
In Internet Court, TX entered a plea of "Guilty." The judge reiterated "This is really serious business and sentenced him to 5 months of Internet Jail.

^this is only true if yoo keep the skin 256x256, if you want a HQ skin you gotta go at least 512x512
I do it with 1024 x 1024 and it will still look better than if you put them on in-game :V

Is it possible to do the paint job outside of the game somehow and get a really good finish on it? If so what is the best method?
You can also open the decals from in game (aka slots) and open the layers from the game and put them over your skin too.
