Cool bots dude!  Glad that my tournament has got you inspired.

I do wonder if steel 10 might be a tad overkill.  I usually use aluminum or titanium 3 and that seems to work fine enough.  Also, do you have any problems with weapons on the VS falling off?

Alright, I've got all four of my bots in the OP, and all the finishing touches on the rules, so this is ready to go to signups!

...I don't actually know who does that at the moment, since Yugitom died (RIP) but I'm sure someone will figure it out.

Do not worry.. Hosting a major tournament is a big and pressuring thing... so what if you forfieted hosting it!!

having 3 metas in one tourney is too much for a single person imo. next time I would suggest if having multiple metas have one person responsible for each
who says the guy who AIs has to be the one to film and the filmer has to be the one to edit, you can divvy up the responsibilities you know

From experience, it's actually not so bad if I can do one meta at a time.  The way the tournament was/is set up with all 3 going up at the same time, that's too much.  That's (one of the reasons) why I've put Retooled aside until the other brackets are done.

Plus I'm looking to start my own tournament as well because I hate myself or something idk

Howdy!  Welcome to a totally gimmickless Ironforge tournament.

BORING RULES
-Ironforge, standard building style
-No cheatbot parts, custom parts, etc.  This includes those recoloured ones in Reforged.
-Multibots are allowed
-SnS are not allowed
-Crawlers are not allowed
-BOTS MUST SHOW CONTROLLED MOVEMENT
-No BFE, AAM, EXP, or whatever other crazy acronym you guys use
-Rule of 7 break is allowed, other SergePatcher features are not
-Arena will be the Combat Arena with hazards off, 3 minute matches
-Single elimination, best of 3
-If you don't AI your robot yourself, it gets Omni.py
-Havok rule: Matches with major havoks will be rerecorded and not shown
-I reserve the right to disqualify any bot if it tickles my fancy
-You may send updates until the signups period ends

RULES THAT ARE RELATED TO THIS SPECIFIC TOURNAMENT BUT AREN'T GIMMICKS
-There will be 4 separate brackets:
 -LW
 -MW
 -HW
 -SHW
-Each bracket may have up to 16 robbits in
-You may enter as many brackets as you want
-You may have at most one bot per bracket
-I will enter with:




-If a bracket completely fills and someone else would like to enter, I will remove my bot
-I reserve the right to remove re-entries in favor of new bots, should the situation arise

I figured this would get scooped up instantly, what with the clamoring for a non IRL tournament.  Clearly, I've misjudged the market a bit.  Between the large amount of "no" votes, and the fact that I don't have a replacement boss ready, I think I'm gonna shelve this one for a bit.  Instead, maybe I'll try a gimmickless Ironforge tournament.  Does that sound more enticing?

It's Badger's retooled entry and Mr. AS's Ironforge entry

Edit: I just realized you meant it's not possible for them to have a grudge match, not that they didn't exist.

Yeah, that's definitely what I meant.  I didn't forget about Retooled and all the bots in it, of course not.

Anyway, classes have started for me, and I'm still trying to get used to the new schedule.  As you may have noticed, this will slow down updates.  That said, here's IF LR3:
