And I think you're over exaggerating way too much.
I'm not going to deny that this is quite good design, beyond my capabilities if I tried, but is this going to be a random downloadable game, a game that'll be on Steam Greenlight/Xbox Live Arcade or what? Because it's a nice project and all, but people calling it RA3 are going way overboard with this.
Still, best of luck I guess.
because ra2 is widely known, widely played and Gabriel entertainment is still making tons and tons of money off of it, right? You're right. RA2 wasn't indie. But this game, we can call our own little RA3 and we can carry it like a little baby, with its loving parent, Sic.

Well believe me, my first vehicle was outer crap and I lost in the practice map without making one single kill. But once you get a hang on it, it's a piece of cake.
Edit: This game is a curse! It's so addicting and it's still in freaking Alpha stage
To Mystic: Believe me, it's less about looks and more about function. The chassis of mine is a tuning fork and the rest of it is pure armor (and a very long window because I can't help but be realistic :B). Much like in RA2, you can make a rahbut that can be all-around, or you can have it be specialized in something or 2 things but you'll have to give up something in return. In the case of the Fortress of Ignorance, it lacks speed in order to have thicker armor, more powerful weapons. I was going to make a Vindicare type rahbut with much speed and one massive gun, but have it lack in size and armor, and then run around hiding behind cover and taking out other rahbuts from afar. That was a failure though. To Domanating: This game was made by demons, I swear it. Alpha, f2p and not pay2win, addicting and fun.

Aaaahh! so you're the one that invited me to a platoon. I accepted but then I had to wait for you to join the battle queue. I waited and waited but nothing happened... I had to leave the platoon to play again.

I have no idea what the platoon is for- I'd have added you as friends instead, but the friends thing doesn't work. I just figured Platoon is like a clan or a team or something. So anyway, here's what that previous vehicle (Beast Eater) turned into- the Fortress of Ignorance   dunno why the image decided to be all dark when I tabbed out, but that's the back-end. Not as great of a fighter as its predecessor, but still good. Not any good at weathering attacks though, for some reason, and it hates aerial strikes.

Better than that. Have a pet! They do marvels for people with depression. If you already have one, have more! Or interact more with your current one.
I would just say that: a mammal is better because you can actually really interact and it's less alien that other creatures. I mean, insects are... odd.
Though I guess a mantis is fine too for pet purposes.
Well an insect is more of a curiosity rather than an actual pet. I'm not saying that you should go find a beetle and play with it, lol.
If I'm feeling down, I won't go see my mantids unless they need food or something else. I seek for my dog or cats if I feel like it. It's a lot more comforting to be besides a pet you can interact with more.
This. I don't imagine a mantis will wag its tail and give you a lazy smile when you scratch its favorite spot on its back. But cats and dogs, yeah. Dogs are more likely to be dopey and playful but cats can be cuter and better to hang around with for a longer time. If you're having anxiety attacks or stress from pressure or anything like that, I have this thing that I do where you breath in for 5 seconds (breath into your lungs and your diaphragm) and then hold it for 5 seconds while clenching every muscle in your body that you can, and then slowly breath out and relax your muscles. It sounds a bit silly, but it works. You might have to do it twice or thrice to really calm down but it worked for me (I used to have anxiety attacks rather often)
