What, all you've posted is someone elses bot and some anime. Your wedges are still too exposed to be polycarb.
kay, i think i can chop down on the trapper. what item do you think i good for a trapper but still makes the bot cool?

Titanium 3, 230-something
You don't need the small disc next to the main disc. remove it and make the bot use a single wedge, and add more weapons and stabilizers.

How do you control it with buttons alone?
put 1 button for forward, 1 button for turning left, 1 button for turning right, 1 button for backwards.

1. What do you want to see more of? DSL 3 2. Why don't you comment much? (ignore if you do). 3. Where do you spend most of your time on the forum? The Showcases 4. Do you watch tournament videos that don't feature your own bot? Sometimes 5. Why don't you enter BOTM? I can't make splashes 6. How many AI packs do you have? 3 (1 123 AI, 1 Ultimate Stock AI, 1 for IRL building) 7. Do you play stock, DSL or both? Both 8. What have you given to the community? None

I like the weapon setup. The wedges should be stronder though.
NFX's Hairline Fracture had polycarb wedges and it did well on RIW 3....
They were Aluminium wedges, if I remember rightly. Plus they were covered by the pair of Titanium sheets. Your wedges are both weaker, and a lot more exposed. I'd try to upgrade them to something more durable, and probably get a lighter trapper on the back. Perhaps a Medium Plow.
ahem:

I ended up taking off the blades completely. The extenders don't get hit by HS, it seems from testing.

Wedges still need adjusting. 20kg of ballast in front atm.
I've never seen a chassis wedged popup that has 7 ramplates before. Good Job

It's surprising how most of the bot's here are IRL even though ACAMS said that this month is DSL Unrealistic
Definitely gonna vote #2. (because i no like IRL and it's really cool).

Update the MadoKami's trapper (made it less cool though):

Here's the latest iteration:
(Image removed from quote.)
DSA, 4WD, 2 Blacks, 6 Razors per DDT
I've had a number of ideas for changes, but I'd like to see what you all think I could do first. I don't want to have to make too many more versions of this guy. Here's my thoughts:
- Shrink chassis round blacks to airtight.
- Make wedge slightly steeper so middle ramplate can be level with others but HPZ's don't stick out of chassis at front.
- Angle the blades less to reduce risk of being outflanked under them.
- Use 80cm blades.
- Lose the 2 casters at the sides
- Add 1 caster at front under middle ramplate.
- With remaining weight, either add more wedge protection or some armour on a BA above the other ramplates.
Any differing ideas?
IMHO you don't need the spike strip(just makes your wedge worse)
Are you kidding me?
well with the caster and blade protecting the wedge extender i don't think he needs the spike strip (the spike strips only protect a tiny part of the wedge extender)

So yesterday I saw this:
Well since nfx made a hs/fs hybrid, i thought i'd find a way to remake Zealot with hpzes. Zealot 2 (Image removed from quote.) (Image removed from quote.) 396.6 with plastic, 402.9 with dsa 1 black Any ideas how to lose weight? 2 nifties and a smaller chassis is 2 kgs heavier than what I have now(17.5kgs)
And I decided to return the favour. (Image removed from quote.) 398.7, 1 Black, DSA. Havoks a little if it turns too quickly, which could probably be sorted with a reasonable AI line. Not tested invertibility yet, but it'll obviously be compromised with the FS on the front. I can't remember if Snapper-bursted Z-Teks are as fast as HPZ's either, but they're fast enough, I reckon. I'm more pleased with it than the previous version.
I could perhaps find a more efficient way of attaching them to get HPZ drive.
(Image removed from quote.) > 397.0 > DSA > 1 Black > All built from a SnapperII + Fast + Damaging + Invertible (ish) - Low battery life - Moderately havok-prone
Ummm............ don't know what to say here..... insides?

something i made 2 months ago
(Image removed from quote.) (Image removed from quote.)
micro has 2 snapper2 for weapons rad drive and plastic, this was made simply because i wanted to make a sidehammer that wasnt completely generic might go in asai but IDK what team id put it on, might get renamed if it goes on a team
and what's up with that weirdly stacked CB? other than that and the fact that the wheels are inside the bot, it's pretty nice actually (and can you use 25 cm casters for this? might give more protection). (gotta clone this)

Or firestorm flipper.
too tall i think, kills the bot's center of gravity and the wedge (that's what click said i think about factors that makes a good wedge).

Considering the size of your weapon and the disc position, the discs are pretty pointless. Use multi extenders or something like that.
what discs? the discs at the back? oh they're trappers (cause i can't find another 15-17 kg item).
Of course i am talking about the discs at the back. and they are poor trappers.
well what do you suggest as a trapper? (i have a 34 kgs budget anyways).
