I don't even know the arena, so I'm dead if my bot has to avoid a center hazard or turn around haha.

Their is no hazards, The walls are low like  in the DSL tournment arena and the walls move counterclockwise or clockwise I forgot.( every 30 sec or so a part of the arena wall is removed so in some parts of the arena their will be no wall in 30 sec intervals).

123Savethewhales: really cool bot , and like how your chassis is elevated. Going to give alot of people problems
090901:looks like a well built VS, like most of VS going to give me some problems .
Ashman:look decent but don't think it has enough weapons.
Avalanche: I'm going to put a ? on this bot not sure what kind of motors it's using but with that exposed chassis some bots are going to massacre it.
Badnik: I like this bot alot, chassis is well hidden and good weapons, Those exposed piglets might be your down fall though.
Click:I'm not sure how this bot really works so no comment.
Condor:Well built, good wedjes, and good weapons should do well.
Craaig:lol no comment.
Doomkiller:A well built popup if the wedje work good should be able to do well in the tourney .
GK: weapons look to fragil and exposed wheels.
Haz:I bet it's really fast, I"m not sure how good the weapons are.
JD:I really can't tell what it is, no comment.
Joe:Another I don't know what it is, no comment.
Jonzu:Dosen't look realistic nor good for that matter.
lloopp de lloopp. not enough weapons.
LiNcK:a bot that will give me problems I always get outscored by hammers for some reason .
LLB:lol no comment.
MikeNCR: hmmm, it's well built, want to see it in action.
Naryar:.I like the use of the The Sirkillalot drills
Ounce:well built and good weapons, should do well.
Pwn:Another VS thats gonna give me problems.
Red: well built but that chassis is really exposed.
Reier:looks decent.
Ribbs: well bulit, good wedjes. weapons seem kind of fragile.

S32:I like the name, it looks like it would own bots with wedjes and maybe even sns's with that plow for protection .
Sage:I like how the chassis is elevated and another VS that would give me problems.
Scrap:I really good face spinner.
Somebody:hmm not sure how strong those hammers are but like every CC tourney he's gonna own alot of people.

SSG:hmm looks decent.
Stag:1 Their is really nothing funny about wasting tourney space :mad: .

Me: I should be able to beat most bots, the VS are going to give me problems, SNS 3, and Urjak's flipper.

Congrats to LRA2 for entering an actual roughly decent bot in a tournament, unlike the current noob that entered a SFTW on purpose.

And obviously there HAD to be some gay-ass crawler in this...

It might get OOTA'd quickly though and i hope so... just like my bot and i don't hope so :P

I made it just for you :evilsmile: , Give me a F****** break I can't have fun my last tourney and besides Crawlers don't have tails and they don't spin like sns's so kiss my Assassain A$$ :p  . @JB I tried Nary .py it crashed my game three times and when the game finally worked my bot didn't move lol. I'm still waiting to see how your .py will affect my bot. If yours dosent work you can use the FBSPLUS.

FBSInvertDir.py is the one I spoke of, not sure if he has posted on its own yet.

lol ok no wonder their wasn't much of a difference. JB can you Pm that py file so I can try it out. @ Linck please tell me your not serious with that question, how long have you been playing this game :ermm: . Thats a LRA2 type question haha :bigsmile: .

I have a question about your new AI. Does the robot spin to the center of the arena or just drive there, because I think that it could easily get picked off by a fast bot if it just drove there.

ok here is the deal...

you have the following options for your SnS

1. FBS_1 (spin at start of match and never stop unless countout)

2. FBS_2 (spin at start of match and never stop unless countout, will later chase the opponent)

3. WhipperPlus (chase opponent and spin when in range)

4. Nary's py (forget the name, made by Naryar lol, robot never stops spinning but at the same time chases the opponant while spinning, a build of Apanx's py ?)

5. Mad's New py (new one Mad is halping me build, the robot will drive to the center of the arena and spin, if the robot drifts away from the center the robot will stop and move back to the center and resume spinning. However, shoudl the opponant be to close to the robot it will not stop spin to move back to the center it wil stead stay spinning to fend off the opponant)

number 5 isnt finished, Mad is generiously giving up his time for it so there is no pressure to get it done

I like Nary .Py the most because when the Vortex starts spinning their is NO STOPING IT( I havent seen a robot in it's weight class yet that has.) :evilsmile:  , I'm not sure about how well/ or if it would even work for my type of bot yours and MADS .py, I'm worried about it being vunerable if it's not spinning and trying to get to the center arena. Where can I find this Nary.py to test it?

At first I entrerd to get a victory but after see a pic of potental robot I'm like "ok this is just for some lol's, besides the main part is to have fun not just to win right?

you didnt copy and paste the link the file host page gave you sorry ? no problem just give it another try, once it uploads your rar or zip it will generate a link, make sure you copy/ paste and send that think to me

ok sending it now, I took this bot out of my AI and I just did a match to see if had a tail and it did. Let me know if their is a problem with this one to.

this one is a crawler but forward and back only spin the chassis as the robot has nothing to push against to move, it spins in a circle fine but has no possable way to break a count, im not kicking you out of the tourament but your not going to get far with a robot that cant break count is all  ;)
 
you still have your 1 update to play with if not I will enter your original robot as it will work perfectly fine

Wait a crawler???? It should be the same as the first except I changed the maces to iron spikes. Is their a tail on the last bot I sent like the first? Edit: I think I know what happen, The tail must of come off some how and I had no idea when I sent it to you. Because from what you describe it sound like it has no tail. If you said the first bot I sent you was ok and it won't be to much of a hassle could you just replace the maces with Iron Spikes because that is the only thing I changed for the update. Sorry JB about the confusion, like a week or 2 ago they came out with this app that allows me to play PS1 in my phone so all I've been doing for the past couple of days is playing Dino Crisis 2 so I've must have over looked that last bot when I sent it to you ;D.

I played around with it manually and forward and backward just makes the robot sit there slowly shuffling in a circle
 
its not able to track an opponant if required

Viper your robot lacks controlled movement, there is no way for it to use FBS_2 or the new FBS_3 I am working on without it

Hmmm I don't like the sound of that at all. Well it does have controll movement I just don't know to make the AI use the controls. Is their away to make the AI read the controls off the control board because The front and Back controls on the control board allows it to move forward and back. If you use it manually then your going to know excatly what I'm talking about. I really hope we can figure something out because I really have no idea for a new bot( I got Angel of War which is a cube but that SNS sucks balls) and I really wanted to use this bot because it owns.

it takes time to put together, time that I have not had latly sorry AIing was planned to start today, starting with those who sent me bindings then I will go accross and AI everything else except the SnS robots untill I have done that python then give everyone the choice

ok, it's really not that big of a  deal I had the impression that you had started/ or had it close to done when you posted the info about it. I will send my update of my bot along with my bindings in alittle bit(Just finished watching UFC 108 and bout to take a shower). @S32 I 've had that title for awhile now you are just now seeing it lol?????

Intersting I was having that exact problem with my Ai, My bot doesnt use the tail for control movement Like I thought it would if I was driving manually :frown: . I'm new to AI'ing so I don't know that much. When you finish That AI can you test it on my bot to see if it would work for that bot type, Not moving to the center at the start of the match is the only problem I'm having, Combat with the FBS_2 works perfectly :evilsmile: .

The whats the update with this FBS .py you were talking about???? Should I just forget about it and send you the .py files I have now and the update to my bot?
