I'm not sure about Perfect, but it's not too bad. =) Is there a T connector in there at all?

Taur IV - Depends on the burst motor.
Single Large JX. Tried a Small JX in Taur II, which gave a more aesthetically pleasing chassis shape, but couldn't lift a sheep. (+1 Reference Points) Now it can lift approximately 1.3 sheep. =D

I agree that it was a very well-engineered robot, and a great piece of design, but it could have put on a better show during its matches, rather than the clamp-and-pit tactics.

Oddly, Crushtacean used broadly similar tactics, why has no-one been going on about that one?

Not bad. Are they mounted there to give it a wider area of shreddage? Or do the collision meshes get in the way if you mount them on the inside AP of the discs?

Ah well. So long, enjoy yourself (but not too much), and try not to get shot.

Manly men horses piss rainbows.

Is that what it was doing? I thought it was ejaculating.

Is that bad?

The unicorn was ejaculating. The horse was just taking a leak.
Ah, okay. I'm glad that's cleared that up.

Let's have some music.

I don't know why I said Vlad had the first Srimech. It had the first purpose-built one, though.

it's someones time of the month

Thanks Haz, I just spat coffee on my computer screen laughing at that one.... :S
sorry about your coffe bro, i'll buy you another some time.

on another note, i don't really like many american robots, the seem a bit samey

lol ok. Yes I agree about that, the only really innovative robots were Nightmare (HUGE DISC), Warhead (although British), Run Amok (for it's epicness) and Diesector (for its epic clamp)

How many bots have you looked at?

Vlad The Impaler had the first Self-Righting Mechanism, IIRC. It used a pneumatic piston to kick itself back over onto its wheels after Biohazard had overturned it. It didn't win, though, but I'd still say that quantifies innovation.

Biohazard selfrighted first.
Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about that. But it added those skirts, so it lost the self-righting ability.

No. Trinity fliers are a direct violation of the controlled movement rule. Plus, how would they attack the opponent, and how would the opponent attack them?

Surely, people are going to be looking for Big Red Buttons, and attempting to stop people from pressing them. Why not swap it for a small blue switch and throw people off the scent?

Also, why is Urjak painting a target on my back now? I've still got to get past trumpetguy, and I'm not terrifically confident about facing him.

I think he means both of them. Naryar can't do well in Stock tourneys for some reason. :gawe:
