I used to have a retarded cat. It was literally mentally handicapped and was also deaf. Her name was Left... because she just wasn't right.
Now I have a cat with one eye. His name is Willy.
I also have a dog that was paralyzed in the back so she drug her back legs, but one day I came home and she was walking on all four legs... figure that one out.
Then, I have a snapping turtle. His name is Jaws. He'll eat anything from cat food to a grasshopper, but he really likes bacon.

I was quite a fan of BattleBots, Robotica, and Robot Wars when one day I came across Robot Arena at a school book fair, which was usually just books and other educational crap, but I decided to try it. I thought the game was ok, but not the best I'd ever played, so it sat on my computer desk mostly. A year or so passed and one day, I ran acrossed Robot Arena 2 (seems like it was at a book fair as well). I bought it and loved it, but like any other game, it got boring and i quit playing. Then just recently I got the urge to play it again. I played it for a while, but then inadvertantly found the online RA2 community and DSL 2.1. I have never been more in love with a game.
So that's my story.

I am doing these in a different copy of stock than I build in, so at this point, I'm not worried about having the originals still in the game. Edit: I have made a skin for the Nifty 6v battery.  I replaced the original .bmp with the new skin .bmp which had the same file name, but it doesn't show up in the game for some reason.
