If questionable lyrics bother you, you should probably give up rap all together.

How about Red Dwarf?  Hillarious series that no one's even mentioned yet.

What happens if there's a tie after 3 rounds?  Like if all three jousts end with both or neither targets being broken?

So he gets flamed for posting like crap and now he's gonna get flamed for posting well? Good way to inspire him, guys.

I don't know about everyone else, but my problem is that he makes too many posts that contribute nothing.  That last one for example, I think it's pretty obvious that a guy named "Clickbeetle" knows a thing or two about, oh I don't know, beetles?

Incidentally, I DO know a thing or two about Animal Crossing, just mentioning that before anyone thinks of being clever.

No, damage actually doesn't have that much to do with how high you knock someone away.  There are really only 2 things that determines how high things goes, the speed of impact, and the angle of impact.  A Cleprechaun Tail that deals 50 damage a hit can still knock people flying just as much as a sledge hammer dealing 2000 damage.  If you are hacking the txt files you are much better off hacking the motor.

Can you be more specific?  Which values in the txt file should I be hacking?

What if I were to take a weapon, like say the Minion disc, and adjust the values it in the txt file?  Could I get more air by altering the Piercing, Fracture, or Concussion?

I remember seeing a tournament fight where one robot had such a powerful spinning disc that it flung its opponent over the wall.  I want to make a robot like that, how do I go about making a VS that can fling opponents all around the arena?

I'm in college right now, and in the middle of a July-through-December work study.  It's a full-time job at the AP department of my college, and they don't make you take classes while you're on work study.  So basically, I don't have to take any more classes until 2010.

Well, wouldn't it be something like (for winning chances by guessing):

4/10 x 4/9 x 4/8 x 4/7 x 4/6 x 4/5 x 1 ?   i dont have a good calculator on me.. but im guessing thats.... 4096/151200; roughly 27/1000 chance of winning. Although, I might have done this wrong...

Too low; I'm going to move this to its own thread in Amusement so I don't hijack the "weirdest thing".

I don't usually do this, but I wanted to respond to each of your points individually:

4/10, because there is 6 mines and 10 tiles left. Nope, lower.

That is indeed a bad situation, but I know how to xiit in minesweeper! Thanks to youtube.  You know how to what???

There also a hidden mode in mineswwper, tough it didnt work for me. The Advanced Wrap Around mode. Search that on yourube too, and try it out, and see if works for you? It's a hoax.  I got suckered in by it too

I was palying Minesweeper today, and this happened:

Seriously, WTF??? I've never had a game where I got into a guessing situation in 3 corners at once.

Pop quiz: What are my odds of winning? (Answer in fractions, please)

So I'm guessing nobody gets the fortified with zorganite reference.

I can't speak for everyone, but I got it.  I didn't speak up becuase no one questioned what it was, so I figured they all got it too.

Old news I know, but Thief 4 has been confirmed:

Personally, I loved the Thief trilogy; I don't care what the fanboys say, I loved Deadly Shadows too.

My hope is that the new game will continue along in the VIctorian era, I like the rustic feel of it, with little to no technology.

So, discuss Thief.

My neighbor took in a stray kitten a few years back.  Poor thing was so scared of people; she'd dart whenever someone got close to her.  So, I was babysitting their kid, and I'd made him some macaroni and cheese. He was sitting in the living room watching TV, and the kitten walks in and starts eating right out of his bowl!  Then she takes a piece of macaroni and starts flicking it around, as if she doesn't know that we're even there.  The strange part is, whenever we looked directly at her, she suddenly became aware of our presence, and went into hiding again.  But when we looked away, she was perfectly happy to steal the kid's macaroni and cheese, and continue flicking that one piece around.

I understand that cats eat weird things, but I can't fathom an animal being so fixated on food that it blocks out everything else around it.  Especially when it's a food they're not even supposed to like.
