OK, thanks for all critism. Heres the updated version:  Revelator 3 Insides are the same but with a new wedge setup. I'm not sure if I like it as much however, as soon as it tipps backwards it is uncontrolable & the wedges are worse. Titanium 3, 1199.1kg. The name is much better than mine FOTEPX but I'm still not sure about it, I'll still keep it for now though! :P A new robot - GyroPhobia 3   Perm 80 driving 2 60kg hammers, quite a nice weapon IMO  Titanium 3, not sure about the weight but its pretty much 399. I got that skirt hinge botton idea from somebody else's showcase quite a while ago. Naryars I think, so credit to whoever it was for that. It hasn't ever lost to lock nut because the 60kg hammers stay on much longer than its 30kg ones, most of the time it wins to tornado but has lost once or twice I think.

I've tried it with a smaller chasis, but it needs the large stance to be stable.

Right, I'm still struggling with the HW (still can't get it to self right) but in the meantime, I've made a SHW:   Rotation 2 (Once again, if you have any better name suggestions then feel free to post them ;D) 2 6 mags driving 2 70kg hammers. 8 ants Npc fast with technos Titanium 3 I think Really good wedges - Gets under second sentinel every time  The stance needs to be that wide for it to be stable - after a lot of time it turns without floating in the air. I tried it with 2 dp's but then it was so unstable that once it tipped a little it was completely uncontrolable, its still powerful enough though :P

Yeah, I know, I had loads of extra weight so I just tried to increase the front protection! I know that on MW's & below that BSG's are better but don't HW's need that bit of extra power? I'll try to improve the HW. No critism on the MW, is it actually OK?

Yeah, you have sacrificed armour & drive for a massive weapon.
How does it fair against other bots however?
I mean, if other bots can't get near to it without being flung away, then armour isn't a problem...
But there's always that one time that a popup gets underneath you. :P

Right, here is the updated version:   Now with hypno's, tried to downgrade the small wedges to 40cm angled titanium skirts but the small wedges seem to protect the axle wedges & without them they fell off easily, & with new wheel guards! However, now only 6 ant batts & armour is now only plastic 5.  New robot, bigger version of the other:   Inertia, very good wedge, lots of ants, fast, titanium 5 I think & the small jx burst is to aid self righting. Can out-wedge second sentinel all the time  Both robots would do much better AI-d but I don't know how! I've read the tutorial but I don't understand the bit about noses (might be nose cones, I dunno) I've not had any ssuggestions for naming the middle weight, (to show how bad I am at naming it is currently called Scraper v6.0)  So any name suggestions would be really apprieciated! Thanks once again for all the critism so far, keep it coming.

Wow, this has got a lot of replies, thanks! First of all, can I say sorry about the username thing, honestly, I had no idea. I'll try hypnos, didn't know that growler wheels were cheatbot 2 parts. I don't really want to remove an ant, as I've read in alot of places that it is good to overpower popups. Ounce, I don't understand how my extender work can be lighter but if you'd like to explain that a bit further it would be great. :P I don't really want to decrease the armour, as I like my robots to take a few hits from lock nut! The wedges are actually pretty good, gets under all of DSL AI (apart from slashback) & I don't know where I'd find weight for skirt hinges (I know they would be better). I'll try NAR AI, am I really good enough for it? FOTEPX - Thanks for the compliment :P Axle wedges are exposed, I know, but they stand up to damage pretty well, how are any other extenders exposed? I'll post improved robot soon.

Hi, I'm new to the forums, but have been playing RA2 fo atleast 2 years now & DSL for a good 6 months, so I deciced to start a showcase.   Titanium 3, about 398kg (I think), 7 ant batts, npc fasts, growler wheels not because of weight issues, but because I feel that it is too fast with hypnos. No decent name yet, if you have any suggestions, then feel free to post them! Any comments, advise or critism appriciated!
