You could make a chassis wedge at the front, which would move the Tite Sheet back, and hopefully help with self-righting issues. I'd switch back to Hypno Wheels if you do that, though, how have the wedges turned out?

I would use flipper segments to attach the Small Wedges, that should save you a good chunk of weight, which you could use to replace the Side Panels with stronger Angled Sheets of Aluminium, or preferably Titanium. After the chassis is shrunk, maybe you could get Steel sheets if you're lucky.
