ok well i looked at it some more, and ive made an educated geuss as to what it is:
1- its chassis is seemingly fitted for 2 RADs, so it probably has 2 rad drive
2- either has a nifty or black for power
3- has the same wheels as button man (or some bot on the mafia team i dont exactly remember) in its preview pic in sc3, so it was probably made by clutch/clutch1

Maybe, if you found the right software, you might be able to make a fangame out of these.
That actually was the plan eventually. 027 went to a computer camp about 2 weeks ago and got some good game programming software. Once I get all the sprites done I'll install the program onto my laptop and see what I can do.
