Anyway, do what Nary said and you wouldn't need the Lightning spike on Whiplash. If you want a weapon, you should find a way that when a bot rides up the wedge, the static weapons hit it as well.

It doesn't seem like the spikes are open wide enough to trap efficiently. Can you make them wider without hampering invertibility?
The extender rotations don't allow that. Also, I built this mainly because I want to try stacking irons into each other like T-Road (yeah it uses skirt hinges, but it looks so cool XD). I have a 4WD edition but it looks too much like Pys' RIP.

You can still make the chassis smaller, and you won't need to use flipper segments if you do it like this: ME -> panel -> another panel -> weapons at the front part and the drive attached to the rear APs.
