I'm guessing that's what you meant with the change in extenders? Looks quite nice, can you put the drive on the other side of the multi and get some razors on the cf extenders, or does it not allow you to?
No luck, the astros won't attach to the attachment point that is sunk into the multi. Also, even if they could attach, the turning radius would be so small that the spin speed would be greatly reduced.

Hello Everybody! I decided to adapt Ty4er's bot into an AW SnS of my own. I call it Pink Flash: It has 2 spiked clubs (there tough and the large size gives added stability) with 2 small DSL teeth attacked to the tips). The drive is astros with mini wheels that give invertability. The armor is 1mm Plastic, but the bot spins fast enough so that fast rammers have a hard time getting through (there are so few AW gutrippers that I don't think I have to worry). Pink Flash preforms excellently, and I was quite surprised. Any comments would be appreciated. :D EDIT: Before anyone says anything, I changed the four 20 cm carbon fiber extenders to two 40 cm extenders. No sure why I missed that.

A little too few weapons for my taste, but well built. It seems like you could reduce extender weight a tad by using two multi extenders and attaching 20 com carbon fiber extenders to them. Off of their front attachment point you could attach the weapons, while the astros could be mounted off one of the side attachment points. This also gives the added bonus of having the weapons stick out farther, thus better protecting your drive.

TWM3R2. It doesn't take an eternity to spin up. Iirc, the next step up is an Etek isn't it?
Yup, which is just seems too big and tall to fit within your bot designs and weight limit. I would have made a full shell spinner, but as I'm entering a IRL style tourney, I don't feel like treading the blurred line between "IRL style" and "Cheap Yeah, I was just fooling around with you. A full fledged FSS would not be very fun to watch, or be IRL realistic in any sense.

Oh my god. So... many... things... wrong... with... that... F...S...S... *dies*
Anyways, I can definitely see how that resembles Mauler, though my Sheck Spinner expertise are making it hard for me to look at it for more than a few seconds without turning away in disgust. :P My bets would be on Delicious Hot being more successful in combat, thanks to better chassis protection. Out of curiosity, what weapon motor is Disgusting Cold using? Maybe your extra weight could go there.

And that's powerful.... how?
It Flips bots like Sky High. Well, Almost.
Judging by that video alone, it seems to be able to get crappily weaponed stock AI bots with no wedges over the wall, without all that much more height to spare. I would expect a powerful flipper in Stock to throw bots like EMERGENCY up to the ceiling.

I really would be concerned about gutrippers. In regular DSL those whyachi motors have crappy HP.
It's covered by the DSL Disc. I attached The DSL Disc to the bottom of the chassis, with the Tornado Mer and the stabilizers coming off the disc.
How long do you think that a small2 DSL disk will stand up to a popup. And seeing as this bot lacks a wedge, I would think that many bots will spend a lot of time underneath you.
Hmm. Yeah, Ok. So, what, do you want me to put a bigger DSL disc on? I can't really do much else.
You could remove the shell panels that just hold one iron, and attach said irons directly to the disk. That could, if you can shave off 2 more kg, get you a medium2 disk.

Some of you may think this is my Pot Luck entry. That's because it is my Pot Luck entry, Urjak's Folly. (Image removed from quote.) 800.0, 3mm Titanium, 2 NPC Normals, 4 ants. 6-mag powering the shell, which has 4 50kg hammers, 8 Light DS Teeth on Medium Beater Bars, and 8 Razor Tips on flails. CF extenders give sacrificial protection to the poly extenders holding the razors on.
Urjak's Folly? Hah. Urjak would have entered a SS which could tear apart Garvin's flipper... :P In all seriousness, you seem to have just too much weight on that shell... and sledgehammers are terrible weapons against wedges (just put a popup against Naryar's Grog and see the results).

I think it's because you were the one who chose Sheck Spinner.
He's the one that decided to try build an original Sheck Spinner design instead of shamelessly cloning one of mine. Pff, what an idiot. I'm joking by the way. :P

Ummm, how is foxpet's bot a flipper anyways?
It USED TO BE a flipper. Now it's just a metal hinge wedge.
So
Which are banned from being mounted on the lowest part of the baseplate. EDIT: Oh, I guess he removed that rule.

still won't be allowed (Show me an IRL VS/Flipper and I might)

What are you talking about? That's K2, a wedged VS. The wedge isn't a flipper.
