rammer really doesn't need a snapper. just stick two anchors in there and save about 10kg, enough for HPZ's.
FS is far too narrow, and as what what said: For the FS. You only need a redbird at max for the weapon motor (weapon speed is less important in a FS), and you should only need razors for the weapon. Make the chassis wide instead of long and place the Rads on the side of the battery instead of in front, Also mount them horizontally instead of vertically so you can center them in the chassis, then stack the weapon motor into the chassis to makenthe bot invertable. As for the FS, it's just a matter of wanting too many things on a LW. Either you give up the wedge, the weapons, or the bursted setup. Too little weight dedicated to a thing just makes it a waste of weight. 445

i actually like the spikes on the wheels. it gives the bot character.
How stable is the bot ? I've had trouble with stability on those designs. otherwise i agree with the advice already given, apart from... Let him build bots instead of sticking everything into a category. he'll drift to IRL or DSL-S naturally, or even both, when he'll had enough experience. And if you're saying it's rubbish look at this! >Iceberg considered a good bot 446

#2: it's a crawler. it can go die in a hole. #3: lol memes are funny amirite ? 447

no idea what the iron is doing here, you should attach it to the other snapper AP to make a weapon-breaker

What's the point of an offtopic board if it has actual rules? To be able to have a decent discussion, without edgelords insulting each other and starting flame wars. Besides, the discord chat is working well as a playground/chatterbox substitute. 452

Razors are kinda cool, make it more original but aren't really helpful design-wise.
Much improved though. Good job ! It's not perfect, but it's way better. Those razors there arent going to help you though. If you remove the razors and shave the sides off the chassis a bit, you should be able to add more iron spikes on the disk instead. Use the disc side attachment points and round extenders. 455

Seems better, but show us insides.
How did you make your wedge ? Round extenders are in general much better than angled extenders. At least in stock. Also you may want to change your general design so it can't get stuck on it's sides, or at least that the VS hits the ground and self-rights (or attempts to) if it does. |
